The operational headquarters to prevent the importation and spread of the new coronavirus infection in the Russian Federation supported the initiative of the Ministry of science and higher education of Russia and lifted the last restrictions on the entry of students to Russia.

Now all foreign students, including those from private universities, are allowed to enter the country, regardless of the direct flight connections with the country from which they are arriving

❓How can foreigners enter Ukraine for study during the COVID-19 pandemic?

📝In particular, the process consists of three steps:

1️⃣- review of the zone to which the country where the student comes from belongs.

🟢Foreign citizens arriving from the "green" zone will not have to undergo observation
🔴If the country belongs to the "red zone", the foreigner can choose to either install the application "Action.AtHome" (“Дій.Вдома”) and spend 14 days in self-isolation or take the test for COVID-19 (no more than 48 hours before crossing the border), and, if the result is negative, not undergo self-isolation.

2️⃣ - preparation of necessary documents🗂
🔅valid passport document;
🔅entry visa, unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of Ukraine;
🔅a document confirming the purpose of the planned stay - an invitation to study, issued by an educational institution of Ukraine;
🔅health insurance policies (certificates) valid throughout the stay in Ukraine and cover the costs associated with the provision of emergency medical care and treatment COVID-19

3️⃣– meeting at the airport🛬
the student must inform the EEUA manager in advance about the date and time of his arrival, flight number
