The world is changing fast, and so is the job market. New professions are coming, and some are going away. Have you ever thought about the jobs of the future that are already trending? If yes, then you should read this post up to the end:)

If you already have some work experience and you still continue doing it, maybe it’s your time to expand your knowledge in what spheres you can upgrade and level up your skills!

Here are TOP 3 professions of the nearest future:
1.3D Architect and Engineer. In the engineering sector, architecture and urbanism, it will be possible to project spaces in 3D, and that’s why professionals should specialize in this area to provide a more realistic experience to their customers.
2. Social Media Analysts. Social media professionals plan, create and analyze profile posts on social media. So, just like paid traffic managers, this profession is on the rise, and with the emergence of new types of social media, more and more companies will rely on these professionals.
3. Web Developer. Developers are responsible for designing, building, and managing sites using different programming languages. Since the internet is not a passing fad, the need to hire a developer will continue to grow a lot in the coming years.

By the way, the speakers of the event “I AM MISIS” work in the field of the top future professions.

Can you guess what are the professions of the speakers of the event?
-Technology entrepreneurs, engineering design representatives, managing directors

01/12/2022

We know that the COVID pandemic changed your workflow and seriously affected your life. Many processes shifted to online and never turned back.In this post we compare offline and online communication within a company and introduce the features of both.

Online communication👩🏼‍💻👨🏼‍💻
• Available 24/7
• Use of email marketing to deliver your message and converse with the target audience
• Accessible from any device (PC, tablet, phone, laptop)
• Video conferences to stay in touch with the team and stakeholders
• Saves your money and time

Offline communication🗣️💬
• Repeated face-to-face interaction that enables trust
• Increased job performance due to better team understanding
• Social support from co-workers
• Healthy realtime competition that shows better performance
• Keeps you focused on work for a longer time

For our I AM MISIS team, offline communication is surely the best way to exchange our ideas to make the event better. However, when we cannot make it in person, we often have video calls to update one another on the progress. So, we mingle the two methods and make the best out of them. Now the question to you: which method of communication do you find the most effective for you? Why? Share your reason in the comments section below!⬇️
