During our one-day intensive course you will listen to interesting lectures from competent speakers, take part in business games and use business skills that you have already received during the training.
Don't miss it. Very soon we will tell you more in IBS media!
And remember that after this meeting you will receive not only a sea of positive emotions, but also a valuable experience in your professional future🤍

In the IBS Student Council's Active, participants develop their projects.
And one of them, Give&Take, has started. And what is it?
How often did your phone run out of power and no one nearby had a charger? Or maybe you did not understand some subject, and your classmates were also unable to help? We thought that if you asked more than just your friends for help, you'd have a better chance of finding it. That's what the project was created for.
G&T is a platform where students can share services and help each other with their studies and daily needs.
We want to make your stay at the Academy more comfortable, so quickly subscribe on our Instagram page, read the rules and start using! ♥

Dear friends, it's time to tell you about Active 2.0!
Active of IBS Student Council is a structure whose goal is to provide students with opportunities to make the first steps in extracurricular activities. It is a platform where they can develop their skills, and then get the opportunity to get on the Student Council.
Students from IBS who successfully passed the qualifying stage developed projects for two months in their teams. Master classes were held for the participants, which also helped in creating their own project. And the final changes were made on December 22, when the final intensive lasting 9 hours took place.
Based on the results of the presentation of the projects, 4 best projects were selected, and 27 students who passed to the next stage of the Asset were selected!
Two projects have already started, which we will tell you about later!
So stay tuned ❤️

STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT
Today we want to introduce our Student Council President. Kirill was asked to prepare welcome address, here it is.
«Hey there!
IBS is famous for a huge number of partners in different countries all over the world, accreditations and, of course, the high level of business education. Undoubtedly, that’s why our foreign friends choose our institute as a place for their exchange program or even a full-time educational program.
It must be said, that from the very first meeting with foreign students we have been working hard to make their presence here, in the Academy, comfortable. IBS administration and students try to help them with engaging easily not only in educational process, but in extra-curricular activities too - we arrange different events and meetings, where foreign students can prove themselves and get to know the Academy.
Now we are focusing on making the information more accessible for foreigners, the first step was starting this account on Facebook. We hope it’ll help to raise students’ interest in extra-curricular activities taking place in our Alma Mater.»

KAPUSTNIK
We want to tell you about one of our events, which are held at RANEPA - Kapustnik!
Kapustnik is an unforgettable event in which first-year students of all the faculties of the Academy take part. The purpose of this event is to show how talented, creative and artistic freshmen of Ranepa are.Mostly students prepare a whole performance, with various scenarios, songs, dances. All the students are really into the show.
Due to the fact that all the faculties are quite numerous, many students do not even know the people from their course. However, after Kapustnik, this problem disappears, all freshmen become life-long friends and truly feel that each faculty is a real family! Kapustnik is an exciting event because every year there is a different theme, and the show of each faculty is unique!
This is an incredible event that really helps freshmen to reveal themselves and get acquainted with other students of the Academy!

STUDENT COUNCIL IBS
What is Student Council of IBS? This post is for you, our dear foreigners, to fully understand what Student Council is and how greatly it affects both your studying and extracurricular activities.
To begin with, every student council is basically a form of students’ autonomy at the university. It consists of initiative, ambitious and responsible students who are working on solving problems of students’ lives, arranging events and developing and coordinating social activities.
The role of IBS Student Council is much wider because its members are also doing their best to make every student’s studying more exciting via different events, support interests and initiatives of students and validate the quality of education.
Nevertheless, why is it so important for Student Council to exist? One of the main responsibilities of it is to make suggestions for improving regulations affecting the interests of students to the Institute’s management. In case of rights violation Student Council has a right to make suggestions to the management to punish the causer or restore violated rights. Moreover, it can participate in solving issues affecting students, interfering with the administration itself and defining bonuses for significant results in studying and extracurricular activities. As far as you can see, Student Council of IBS is not just a formal group of people transmitting information from the administration. It is a great force of translating students’ needs to the Institute’s Management, supporting every student’s idea and creating the atmosphere of mutual assistance to make students’ lives less difficult and more interesting.
These are the people who are doing their best for the students of IBS.

IBS ACCREDITATIONS
Our institute is the oldest and the most respected business school in Russia, and there are a lot of reasons behind it. Today we’ll talk about one of them - accreditations.
Association of Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) - AACSB is known for its very high standards. IBS is the one and only business school in Russia which has been granted this accreditation. Moreover, less than 5% of the 15,000+ business programs worldwide have received AACSB accreditation, making it a very elite group.
Accreditation of association of MBAs (AAMBA) - AMBA accreditation represents the highest standard of achievement in postgraduate business education and is earned only by the best programmes. We have achieved this accreditation 3 times in a row, and the thing is, it really makes us proud. To add, our master‘s Management program is accredited too.
These are the accreditations we have. Moreover, we are the members of a lot of associations, but let us leave this topic for another post.
