**NRE Success Story: Dr. Tanveer khan**

As-Salamu Alaikum, everyone! My name is Dr. Tanveer khan, and I’m excited to share my journey with you. I graduated from the Satavrapol state medical university in July 2023, and Alhamdulillah, I passed my NRE exam on the first attempt!

I began my preparation in the second year of MBBS, starting with Dr. Najeeb’s lectures, which provided a strong foundation. I then studied USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 materials, focusing on Pathoma and surgery from DIMS notes. Solving all past papers of NUMS was also instrumental in my success.

To all my juniors, my message is simple: Keep working hard from the initial years of MBBS. Consistent effort and dedication truly pay off.

“I am iqra, graduated from Satavrapol Medical University in russia (Russian Consultant , Study ,import export,tourism visa contact with us.) in February 2024. I started my preparation during the summer vacations of my final year. At that time, I studied First Aid Step 1 along with BNB lectures and used the MCQsMedicall app for system-wise study. By March, I had completed the basics of all systems. When the exam date was announced, I prepared for all medicine, surgery, gynecology, and pediatrics from PLAB Gems and completed 1800 PLABable MCQs. I also studied system-wise past papers from Dr. Hafiz Atif’s past papers book and Joiya series, and joined Dr. Sadiq’s test session just for MCQs preparation.

I believe that practicing past papers and MCQs is very important for NRE preparation. I have done almost 800-1000 MCQs in the last 15 days. If you want to start preparing, I recommend starting with past papers. Past papers give you an idea of what kind of MCQs will appear, and then you can prepare the topics from the book accordingly.

My message to all future candidates is: Don’t lose motivation. Keep confidence in yourself and start preparing. Don’t compare yourself with others, thinking they are studying more and you are studying less. Just give your 150% and leave the rest to Allah.
