ON THE NEED FOR A PROPER THEORY

“... You must soon deal with questions of further development of the theory. We can mess up something in the economy, but one way or another we will rectify the situation. If we mess up in theory, we will ruin the whole thing. Without theory, we are death, death!” The last lifetime words of I. Stalin, from a telephone conversation with Comrade D. Chesnokov.
What was discussed in this conversation? Of course, about the need to continue to abandon following the ideas of Marxism due to its metrological inconsistency in favor of a different doctrine, i.e. a new sociological science that ensures, in the continuity of generations, the sustainable development of a society free from the exploitation of some people by other people. And economic theory is only a part of such a sociological science, which includes many other disciplines, including fundamental ones, and is based on the worldview principles of a human creator. If a real theory had been created during Stalin's lifetime, then "Stalinism" would have been a doctrine, and not just a political system for a certain period of historical time, as it is customary to interpret this phenomenon now. Two generations after the death of I. Stalin, on the basis of public initiative and thanks to the work of the outstanding minds of Russia, the “skeleton” of this sociological science, now known as the Concept of Public Security, was created. That is why we can consider the last conversation of I. Stalin with comrade D. Chesnokov as the leader’s appeal to future generations, i.e. to us, the people about whom Stalin said: "they will build the future on our past." The group of authors who chose the name Inner Predictor of the USSR have written dozens of books and analytical notes to date.
Based on the fact that no individual person represented by a state, public or other figure is able to qualitatively manage processes in all or many spheres of the life of society, the responsibility for social progress is dispersed, so to speak, bit by bit, in the results of the managerial work of many specialists in various industries. At the same time, the intellectual baggage of an individual specialist is not the result of his own conclusions and self-research, but the product of the education received, and only on the basis of this foundation is it improved. In this regard, the development of the theory of "Bolshevism", which meets the interests of the working majority, and therefore relevant at all times, falls on the shoulders of this multitude of individual specialists. And, despite the fact that the Soviet Union has gone into the historical past, we, contemporaries, should treat the Soviet period not as something “outdated”, but as one of the stages of social development.
Speaking about education, we mean that any subject area in which certain specialists work has its own scientific and methodological support (or theory), and the efficiency of labor, including creative labor, is directly proportional to the quality of knowledge acquired in the process of education specialist. In other words, behind every successful industry there is a certain school, which was once formed spontaneously, but managed and developed over time in a given order in accordance with development goals. This refers to a school that trains professionals in their field.
At the same time, on the one hand, we have masters and apprentices who in their time learn their chosen craft, and on the other, a citizen who goes through the institutions of the family and general education. Before reaching adulthood, a person spends years of his life trying to master the role of a citizen (in this case, we will take out the age of obtaining a passport), and acquiring literacy is only a condition for becoming a person. However, the role of a citizen is not taught in the lessons of social science, as it may seem, this is taught by life itself in society: through interaction with other people and the media. Drawing an analogy with highly specialized education, we can conclude that a citizen is also a profession, but a broader one, which young people continue to master in technical schools, universities, etc., and then in the workplace.
In order to become a full-fledged member of society, a person is faced with the need to assimilate a multifaceted sociological theory, which is simultaneously everywhere and nowhere, because is intangible (although, by the way, it could fit on the pages of a well-known textbook). Through culture, this theory becomes the foundation of a person's worldview. What could underlie such a theory? First of all, moral principles and common sense, without which social development, as well as personal growth, are impossible. If in reality we see a bias between common sense and sociology as it is, then we get a clearly “wrong” sociology, the true purpose of which is hidden from the crowd. That is, the sociology that dominates society can also have an anti-social orientation or some manifestations of this. In such aspects, the teaching ceases to be a development tool in the hands of a person, despite the fact that he himself turns into a tool for achieving someone's management goals.
What are we, conscious citizens, especially worried about today? We are concerned that in our society, with special emphasis, the behavior lowered into unnatural behavior is popularized: the consumption of alcohol, to***co and other drugs. Through an endless stream of visual images from the screens of a TV, computer, smartphone, cinema, etc., the psyche of individuals is programmed, into whose consciousness destructive patterns of behavior are introduced. As you know, sobriety is a natural, creative state of a person, free from self-poisoning by alcohol and other poisons. At the same time, a person who “stupefies” himself loses this state, which leads to the impossibility of realizing his creative potential. He loses the opportunity to live consciously, becomes the object of various manipulations and, as a result, degrades. This happens even if it is poisoned "in moderation." As the drug experience increases, a person’s horizons narrow greatly, he gradually slips into the predominant animal structure of the psyche, in other words, turns into a “monkey” (from the old Russian “He is Without Yang”, i.e. without mind). In this regard, we see how the current theory works not to ensure that a person from the broad masses develops and improves himself, but pursues the opposite goal: to prevent him from becoming a person.
On the one hand, the consumption of certain drugs has been planted for centuries among the populations of various crowd-“elitist” societies. Some of these narcotic drugs eventually acquired the status of illegal in the legal field of individual states. Legal drugs are a way of reducing social tensions in unfair or distressed societies. At the same time, representatives of the “elites” often take drugs themselves, also being under the delusion that with the help of psychotropic substances one can receive some kind of mental benefits on an ongoing basis. So it was with o***m and hashish in the East, so it was and is with alcohol in the West. And here you can draw a direct analogy between the Eastern o***m censuses (XVIII century) and European taverns, i.e. it's all the essence of the same thing.
Meanwhile, according to the results of scientific research conducted only in the second half of the 19th century, the world became aware of what drugs are, what substances are narcotic, and most importantly, that all drugs, despite the form of consumption, cause physical dependence. This means that the drug, in cases of non-medical use, can subsequently "relieve" only the state associated with abstinence from the use of an addictive drug, but not a person's life, not to mention any improvement in it. Therefore, the "culture" of moderate drug use, generated by societies where there is a positive attitude towards drugs, has no scientific justification. A person can control the consumption of a drug only until the time when he develops a need for it, which in many cases arises suddenly.
On the other hand, in the hands of political forces, drugs are one of the means of influencing society; management. With an understanding of this, for example, the Russian Empress Catherine II said: “Drunken people are easier to manage.” Or rather, manipulate, since with the help of alcohol, life for a peasant who is in constant need and inconvenience of circumstances appears in pink. Although in reality alcohol limits his interests and takes him away from thoughts about any freedoms, from feelings of injustice, as well as attempts to change his life, etc. This position regarding the spread of alcohol in society, as a means of control, is also shared by many liberals in Russia in the 21st century.
However, alcohol is a management tool only as long as the monopoly on the production and sale of alcoholic products remains in the hands of the state. As soon as the state monopoly is given into private hands, the population begins to rapidly become an inveterate drunkard, pays a huge tribute to alcohol producers, ruins its health and gradually degenerates. In this case, alcohol turns into a weapon, moreover, of mass destruction. The fact that drugs can be used as such, by the way, was directly stated by A. Hi**er in 1942: "For the Slavs, there is no hygiene, only vodka and to***co in unlimited quantities." So quantity matters. And there are specific figures on this subject: according to WHO, with the annual average per capita consumption of pure ethanol over 8 liters, the ethnic group begins to degenerate. It should be noted that alcohol consumption in Russia reached its historical maximum in 2011 - more than 15 liters, and then began to decline. This affects genetics in the following way: first, in a “drunk” society, there are fewer healthy parents, then a smaller number of healthy children are born, and then even fewer healthy grandchildren. This is how the gradual extinction of the nation occurs.
We already know the geopolitical consequences of drinking alcohol: first, the Russian people “drank away” the Soviet Union, and now, one might say, “drinks away” the latter, despite some external achievements that certainly take place. But if fundamental measures are not taken in the form of direct state intervention in the production and sale of alcoholic products, then both the "elite" and the crowd in today's realities run the risk of "not fitting into the market" and going into historical oblivion. State regulation in this regard is necessary for the simple reason that the situation when the broad masses, having free access to information, acquire sufficient literacy on the alcohol issue, may not have time to be realized. We can consider the state monopoly on alcohol, coupled with general education, as a transitional stage towards absolute sobriety in society. An alternative to the monopoly on alcohol can be the state regulation of the alcohol market in a radical way, namely through the introduction of the following restrictions at the legislative level (there are only 2 of them): the transfer of alcohol stores outside settlements and a significant increase in excise rates on alcoholic products at a time. This is enough to start a broad work to sober up society, including anti-alcohol propaganda by the sober forces of Russia.
Today, such a concept as "hybrid war" is increasingly common. What does it mean? This is a type of hostile action of a mixed nature, in which the attacking side does not resort to the classic military invasion, but suppresses its opponent, using predominantly non-violent means of warfare. Let us cite, leaving external factors in silence, the following examples of means of influencing society from the inside: limiting human cognitive activity through the destruction of educational institutions and the family, falsification of historical facts, purposeful introduction of various ideologies and beliefs into the public consciousness, destruction of the enemy’s economy by methods of “business cooperation”, planting in society the consumption of alcohol, to***co and other drugs, etc. Undermining the enemy at its core is realized by the forces of the "fifth column", corrupt officials, corrupt media and other persons, but most importantly: with the help of the citizens themselves, zombified by the established culture, i.e. programmed for destructive actions in relation to themselves and society.
"And who is fighting with whom?" - you ask. If we turn to history, we will see that the West has been attacking Russia-Rus for more than two thousand years and waging a war with it for complete annihilation. And since he had long understood that Russia could not be defeated with the help of military force, the West decided to deceive the enemy, destroying him from the inside, largely by the hands of the Russians themselves. The confrontation with Russia is not even a war for territory and resources, as it might seem, but a struggle of fundamental ideals, one might say, a struggle between good and evil. Everyone should know that at the heart of the Anglo-Saxon world (the current Great Britain and the USA) lies the idea of misanthropy. Western society carries out a colonial mission, is guided by the rule “we are better than they (i.e., other civilizations)” and, having chosen force as the law of truth, has been organizing imperialist wars against different peoples for centuries. The Anglo-Saxons seize territories, pump out resources from there by the forces of the natives or kill them, and then they themselves occupy the vacated habitats. And these are all historical facts. It is obvious that the West represents a culture of Satanism that the Euro-American "elites" are obsessed with, and not only them. In turn, Russian civilization embodies the idea of justice, which through generations is carried by representatives of the multinational Russian people. That is why the West hates us Russians simply because we exist. Russia embodies humanity, despite the fact that many Russian people today are far from this ideal; sometimes they themselves lack “Russianness”. The confrontation between good and evil is directly stated in the Koran (Sura 2): “... I removed them from this abode, (i.e. expelled from Paradise) commanding: Satan is for them) to the earth, where until a certain time (that is, until the Day of Judgment) places and means for dwelling are prepared for you! Good and evil are objective and are on both sides, these phenomena are like two halves of the human soul. However, in geopolitical terms, we see the world divided in two, into two opposing sides. And if Russian civilization falls, then the rest of the world will come to collapse, it's only a matter of time. That is, the words of President V. Putin “why do we need a world in which there is no Russia?” quite fair.
We still have to briefly touch on the military factor in the presentation, because. in this case, it is associated with alcohol themes. In the winter of 2022, a special operation by Russian troops began in Donbas. As for the prehistory of the conflict, for many years the West nurtured and strengthened the origins of neo-N**ism in Ukraine. As a result, in 2014, the Bandera junta came to power through a coup. The population of Ukraine turned out to be hostages of both the N**i regime and the demagogy carried out by the media. Let us note that informational pressure on Ukrainian society was exerted long before the so-called “color” revolution took place, otherwise right-wing ideas, including Russophobia, would not have found their embodiment. The Banderaites, who were amnestied under N. Khrushchev, also made their contribution to the education of Russophobic generations. For eight years (2014-2022) the N**is bombed the Russian Donbass before Russia moved its troops into eastern Ukraine. This was a forced step, since it was not possible to stop the bloodshed peacefully, moreover, the security of Russia was under threat.
Starting a special operation, the Russian troops delivered a preemptive strike to the enemy, thanks to which they managed to avoid hundreds of thousands of victims among the civilian population of Donbass, Crimea and, possibly, southern Belarus. Nevertheless, a local war on the territory of the Russian world is one of the goals of external control achieved by the West. And what is the situation on the alcohol front? The context refers to the so-called couch troops of Russia-Ukraine, which do not take a direct part in the hostilities, but while watching military scenes in front of TV screens, they "whip" beer or other alcoholic products. Thousands of “fighters” die in these ranks every day, despite the fact that for each of them the alcohol war began long before the military conflict in Ukraine. Alcohol losses at the same time actually exceed the number of deaths as a result of actual hostilities. It is perplexing that the victims of alcohol terror pay for their own murder by voluntarily giving their money into the hands of foreign companies, because alcohol business in Russia and Ukraine is owned by foreign capital (more than 80%). It is obvious that alcoholics, being held captive by misconceptions about the positive qualities of alcohol, greatly underestimate the consequences of its consumption.
While the Slavic peoples “drink and fight”, which should be understood as not thinking and not possessing unity, history is moving along the path outlined by the West. Russian civilization can only be destroyed from within, and all means come in, mainly meanness and deceit. However, the enemy is short-sighted, mistakenly hoping that Russia will not change its political course. Together with the reunification of Russia with the Crimea, which became the will of the Crimeans during the referendum, the Russian people had hope for a common and bright future. From this event, which can be considered a starting point, the revival of the Russian world began. If we exclude the ideology of misanthropy implanted from the outside, it seems that the psychodynamics of Russian-speaking societies are working to restore a common home, such as the Soviet Union. But we should not wait for the revival of the Russian world, as we wait for the spring, which will inevitably come. We ourselves must become part of the desired changes with an understanding of how this is done.
So, at the turn of the century, Russian society faced an alcohol problem due to the widespread consumption of ethanol-containing liquids among the population. Alcohol consumption today is one of the main reasons for the extinction of the indigenous population of Russia (losses of more than 500 thousand people a year) and the degradation of the intellectual potential of the Russian multinational people. What kind of social development can we talk about in the current circumstances and prevailing trends? Alcohol robs people of years of life, creates missed opportunities, and in many cases cripples their lives. Alcohol, by the way, not being a food product, is one of the ten most dangerous drugs known to mankind. Note that self-poisoning with a drug, even in "small" doses, not only slows down the development of a person, but also throws him far back. Moreover, the issues of socio-cultural growth, in the end, may go beyond the circle of interests of dying nations. We, contemporaries, must avoid such consequences at all costs.
In this regard, I propose to put on display one of the important branches of the above-mentioned sociology, the science of sobriety - sobriology. We should pay special attention to this direction, connected with the widespread sobering up of society, if we do not want Russia to repeat the history of the North American Indians, which is quite possible within the next two generations. The essence of sobriology is to provide the general population with reliable information about alcohol and its qualities in order to destroy false ideas about it in the public mind. In other words, the idea of a sober life serves to turn people away from the path of alcoholism, i.e. the transformation of natural teetotalers first into drunkards, and then into alcoholics. Such a result can be fully obtained only if a person's positive attitude towards alcohol consumption is reversed.
As for the theory on which sobriology is based, since its foundation at the beginning of the 20th century, Russian academicians V. Bekhterev, I. Vvedensky, I. Pavlov and other founders have come a long way in terms of the formation and development of the scientific and methodological base. A special contribution to the development of this school was made by the Soviet physiologist G. Shichko, whose method of getting rid of alcohol and other types of addictions is widely used at the present time in Russia and abroad. A little more about this technique.
Gennady Shichko in his monographs writes that the basis of alcoholic behavior is drinking programming, which is a distortion of the individual's consciousness by false alcoholic beliefs, of which there are many. According to Shichko's theory and proven practice, a person's beliefs, whatever they may be, can be leveled psychologically. The scientist, in particular, proposes to carry out independent work related to the impact on the unconscious levels of the psyche through psychoanalysis: keeping a diary according to a certain algorithm in a physiological state close to sleep.
Shichko introduces a conceptual apparatus in relation to alcoholic phenomena, which, in his opinion, require more adequate descriptions of life, and defines alcoholism as a psychological suffering (disorder). At the same time, he distinguishes psychology from psychiatry, implying that alcoholism is “not cured” by medical means. The author of the methodology claims that alcoholism is not a disease, and, accordingly, a non-drug approach is required to solve the problem with this disease. Along with this, Shichko does not reject the principles of traditional narcology, but considers them as additional help, and therefore those followers of his teachings who categorically refuse to use certain medical means in their practice are either mistaken or have their own reasons. .
Perhaps the main alcoholic conviction of a drinking person is his firm belief that drinking alcohol is a pleasure. This, in fact, a false idea about alcohol is brainwashing not the first generation of citizens in Russia, but if “everyone” drinks around, the intake of ethanol-containing liquids becomes more attractive for young people. The current situation is reinforced by dissatisfaction with life among the population, including those associated with the age characteristics of maturing generations, their spirit of rebellion. People resort to alcohol in order to improve their psycho-emotional state, but in reality they fall for the bait of a sluggish but progressive alcohol addiction.
We are now not particularly interested in the question of how to “treat” alcoholics more effectively, especially since such a solution already exists, but we are concerned with the task of how to avert ordinary drunkards en masse, in which capacity they usually do not realize themselves, from the path of further alcoholization. We should start with the rejection of previous stereotypes regarding deliberately false oppositions, in particular, religion and science, medical and non-medical means of "treatment" of alcoholism, "cultural" consumption of ethanol-containing liquids and their excessive consumption. With the help of educational tools that have a purely scientific basis, it is important to achieve a result in which Trotskyism in relation to the alcohol issue will be done away with in the public mind, i.e. absurd confrontation between the two ideological camps "for alcohol" and "against alcohol". In this regard, citizens do not need an internal struggle, but a sufficient and objective understanding of the alcohol problem.
The ancient Greek philosopher Plutarch said: “Everyone, to the extent of his understanding of the general course of things, works for himself, and to the extent of misunderstanding, on the one who understands more.” In the conditions of the information war, we are forced to defend ourselves against external aggression with the help of knowledge adequate to life and time, since without fundamental knowledge people remain defenseless. In this regard, we should all the more talk about the need for a proper sociological theory (hereinafter sociology), accessible to everyone. In reality, there is information that is relevant for some people, but useless for others. At the same time, there are socially important knowledge that must be obligatory for assimilation by all members of society. This kind of knowledge is sobriology as one of the disciplines of embracing sociology. The science of sobriety under the circumstances is as important for a Russian person as knowledge, for example, of geography, history, mathematics, physics, etc., i.e. we are talking about the baggage of knowledge, without which the rational life of a person is not possible. At the same time, factual and methodological information should be separated. Let us give relevant examples in relation to alcohol topics. In particular, the factual component includes information about what alcohol is and what are the consequences of its non-medical use. Methodology can be considered information about ways to overcome alcohol dependence and stop drinking.
For educational and narrow-profile purposes, Russian and foreign authors, including scientists, have written, perhaps, hundreds of books on the alcohol problem over the past 100 years. Many of them abound with both reliable information and scientific facts. Is anything really worthwhile being popularized in Russian society today in terms of publicistic anti-alcohol literature? Probably hardly. Taking into account the fact that the percentage of reading citizens has significantly decreased since the collapse of the USSR: according to VTsIOM (2021), almost a third of adult Russians (30%) have not read a single book for a whole year, talking about the need to read socially significant books is tantamount to saying that force people to do it. Should people be forced to be smart, free, or healthy? We believe not. One should take into account the fact that until recently Russia was the most reading country in the world. Today, Internet technologies are making their contribution to the debilitation of the population, offering a replacement for reading books by watching video content. It's comfortable and seems to be practical. We, in turn, in relation to the proper theory of a sober life, decided to give a choice in favor of the book, because the book is the most effective means of influencing a person, his thinking and behavior, of all possible media.
However, I wonder how you, the readers, imagine the man of the future? If we put fantasy aside and think in a predictive way, the person of the future is a conscious and strong-willed person, healthy, sober, enlightened, with a broad outlook and a developed intellect. And this is not an ideal to strive for, but a non-alternative future for Russia. For one simple reason: since alcohol, to***co and other drugs are genetic weapons, people who consume various intoxicants destroy not only their own health and creativity, but also the health and creativity of future generations. In the end, only people who lead a healthy lifestyle will save themselves and their future, the rest, unfortunately, will self-destruct and will not be able to give healthy offspring. On the other hand, we are forced to grow wiser and become stronger under the onslaught of life circumstances. And even today it is expedient to say that sobriety is the choice of strong people, to which anyone can join. It is up to each individual to decide what future he will live in. One way or another, two scenarios for the future of Russia are possible: the best and the worst. In the worst case, the civilizational core will be preserved - a certain socio-cultural community of people (about 15 million people), leading a conscious lifestyle, not amenable to degradation processes, ensuring the survival of civilization in the continuity of generations. In the best case: we will take care of our future in our present and the first thing we will do is to completely stop poisoning ourselves with alcoholic poison.
Consider also the general state of things in the world. The globally widespread liberal-market model of development based on the growth of consumption, overpopulation (or “surplus” population from the point of view of global power) and the prevailing inhuman types of mental structure among people have caused a biosphere-social ecological crisis, which is currently aggravated. How do globalists see a solution to this problem? It is known that a full-scale hybrid war is currently being waged against humanity as a whole in order to significantly reduce the population of the planet Earth, which should occur in the near future within the life of one or two generations. Globalization in the Western way in the general theses is the implementation of the theory of the "Golden Billion", according to which one part of the masters has two parts of overseers and slaves - a total of 1 billion people. This theory may be a failure in the foreseeable future, but in the present context it is spoken about to understand the essence of what is happening. What means are used to achieve the goal? All possible. The "cleansing" of territories is carried out using such tools as, for example: local wars, a pandemic and the fight against it, the rise in the cost of living (and as a result, the food crisis), urbanization (includes pollution of the urban environment), legal drugs, GMO products, medicines and etc. But this is all the external side. At the heart of "puppetry" is the programming of the psyche of many individuals through the media for self-destructive actions. In particular, the consumption of alcohol. Otherwise, alcoholism and drunkenness would not be so widespread in Russia and in the world.
According to statistics, according to various estimates, from 500 to 700 thousand people die in Russia every year from causes directly or indirectly related to alcohol consumption. According to the federal project "Sober Russia" (2021), directly or indirectly alcohol consumption is associated with: 40% of deaths from cardiovascular diseases, 60% of deaths from pancreatitis, 68% of deaths from liver cirrhosis, 62% of suicides. About 80% of murders are committed while intoxicated, and half of those killed are also intoxicated at the time of the crime against them (TASS). Drunk drivers account for 25% of road traffic deaths, according to the news agency. The largest number of deaths during the year in Russia falls on the night of December 31 to January 1: alcohol takes about 10 thousand lives. For comparison: during the armed conflict in the Donbas before the start of the special operation for the period 2014-2022. about 14 thousand civilians died (according to TASS). That is, in eight years - 14 thousand people died under bombs in the south-east of Ukraine, and in just one New Year's Eve (2022) - about 10 thousand Russians lost their lives due to alcohol (officially confirmed data at the time of writing is not presented was, in addition to the general statistics of Rosstat (in January 2022, 106.6 thousand people were born, 219.7 thousand people died), as well as covid). But for some reason, they do not make proper discussions from this provision in order to positively influence public opinion. In public circles, moreover, it is not customary to widely discuss this topic.
Why is this information hushed up by the Russian media or, more correctly, not made public? In fact, this is a question of how liberal the mass media in Russia is. Foreign agents in the environment of the Russian news industry are as real as the existence of a "fifth column" in the echelons of power, i.e. this fact cannot be denied. This means that there is a certain “filter” that does not allow all relevant socially significant information to pass on the air. At the same time, there is both state control on the information front (news “what is necessary” is allowed to be published) and state censorship (news “what is not necessary” is not allowed to be published). It follows that the bodies of public transmission of information in Russia have a double bottom, including a pro-Western component. It is one thing when the enemy is in plain sight, as in the case of the American radio station Ekho Moskvy (stopped broadcasting on March 4, 2022), and quite another when certain power structures in the media pursue a covert policy and play a double game, i.e. . "They dance both ours and yours." Nevertheless, the information war, in which the West has drawn Russia and the whole world, is being waged non-stop and is largely based on disinformation and false suggestions, regardless of whether the citizen is aware of it or not. If we talk about some nationwide channels of information, then they exist in a relatively small number, are created on the basis of public initiative and usually represent not the mass media, but some circles of interest.
Returning to the original topic, let us explain that the need for a viable sociology that ensures public security at the cultural level has matured in view of the crisis situation in which Russian society has found itself under the pressure of circumstances. The implementation of the corresponding theory is favored by one important factor - this is the law of time. What is this law? It means a change in the logic of social behavior that took place in the first half of the twentieth century. Pay attention to how at present, during the life of one generation of people (25 years), there is a change of several generations of technologies, for this reason, specialists of different levels have to constantly learn and improve their skills. However, even 100 years ago, the knowledge from a once learned profession was enough for a person for his whole life. During this time, the information armament of people has grown tremendously, perhaps tenfold. Today, people have become more conscious, responding to the challenge of the times with the ability to adapt to changing conditions. The advent of the Internet in the 1990s (the first web page was created in 1990) and the global involvement of people in the network served as a catalyst for the dissemination of a large amount of knowledge due to the possibility of instant information exchange.
Objectively: the law of time cannot be violated, but it is possible, for example, to "zero out" civilization, rolling it back to the Stone Age in development, and then the issue of changing the logic of social behavior will be postponed. Surely this version of the future has already happened once in the past. One way or another, throughout the known history corresponding to our era, in the "crowd"-elite societies, there was a restriction of world outlook on people from among the common people. However, at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries. the boundary between esoteric knowledge (for the initiates) and exoteric (for the uninitiated, i.e. "crowds") began to blur. Thus, to some managerial knowledge, previously intended only for "internal use", there was a general access. At the same time, access to reliable information about the universe, for example, about some real historical facts, is not of fundamental importance for us, but methodology is important for us. In general, blocking the worldview of the “crowd” is futile in the future, and therefore for sociology, which is able to educate a human creator, armed not only with knowledge, but also with discrimination, a window into the future is open.
An indispensable condition for the formation of a holistic personality or its “awakening” is absolute sobriety, since alcohol is a tool for blocking a person’s worldview, i.e. this is its functional purpose as a means of control. And only then: alcohol is a drug, a neurotoxic poison, a solvent, an inedible product, or something else. If a person cannot imagine a holiday without alcohol, for example, a new year or a birthday, then there is a drinking programming. The purpose of our work (Sober Forces of Russia) in relation to the alcohol problem is the destruction of this component of the human psyche. To date, the domestic library has accumulated enough knowledge in its finished form for an exhaustive understanding of the ways to achieve the desired and guaranteed result. We also note that we do not have any need for additional research or scientific discoveries, there really is an abundance of material, including educational material. If a person has anti-alcohol knowledge, but does not have the skill of discrimination (the ability to build multi-level causal relationships), then real sociology in terms of anti-alcohol education should include knowledge that replaces discrimination - ready-made answers, like solved puzzles, as well as a program for further actions regarding alcohol for a certain period. As a basis for the formation of a sober worldview, we recommend using the book by Gennady Shichko "How to become a conscious teetotaler".
Thus, sobriety is the foundation of social development, and nationwide sobriety opens up the prospect of a sharp socio-cultural growth for Russia. The Russian people, only being sober, are able to fully realize the ideals of justice, build a society on the basis of, respectively, a fair living order and show the rest of the world that a reality in which people live in harmony with each other and the environment is quite possible . Justice is when in the life of society there is no place for the parasitism of some people on the results of the work of other people. Russia is able to offer the world its project of globalization in Russian style, which is based on sober thinking, managerial literacy and national unity. And today we are talking about the need for a proper theory already in the process of disseminating relevant socially significant knowledge, which is an example of this article.
