RMEA Group congratulates the Batch of 2025 of Northern State Medical University.

Dear Doctors’ get ready to serve the mankind.

A ceremony was held at the Northern State Medical University: the scientific and pedagogical community and student leaders met the new acting rector of the university.

By order of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Nadezhda Alexandrovna Bylova was appointed as the acting rector of NSMU.

The meeting of the Academic Council was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation: Olga Tulupova, Deputy Director of the Department of Medical Education and Personnel Policy, Head of the Department of Remuneration in the Healthcare Sector, representative of the Ministry of Health, Irina Kryazhinova, as well as Minister of Health of the Arkhangelsk Region Alexander Sergeevich Gershtansky.

Olga Nikolaevna Tulupova expressed her sincere gratitude to Lyubov Nikolaevna Gorbatova for her contribution to the development of the university and presented her with the highest departmental award of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation - the medal “For Merit to the National Health Care”.

In her first address, Nadezhda Alexandrovna Bylova outlined a strategic course to preserve and support the existing areas of development of the university, while emphasizing the determination to strengthen the position of the university, to solve the ambitious tasks that the state, practical health care and society as a whole set for medical education.

All the head of the departments, teachers, staff and student leaders had the opportunity to attend the welcome ceremony.

Languages, whether spoken by hundreds of millions, or just by a few thousand native speakers, connect people and are inseparably linked with the respective culture.

The International Day of Mother Language, 21 February, is a worldwide annual observance to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. The day was proclaimed by the General Conference of UNESCO in November 1999. 2025 marks the silver jubilee of the celebration of mother language day.

This competition is a fantastic opportunity for you to showcase your creativity, storytelling skills, and unique perspectives.

🎬Competition Details:

• Theme : 3 different videos based on
1) About Northern State Medical University.
2) About Arkhangelsk City.
3) About company RMEA GROUP.
• Duration: Each video should be minimum of 3 minutes duration
• Format: High-resolution video in HD format
• Submission Deadline: 30 November
