🏆 𝐔𝐧 𝐧𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮 𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐮 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮!

Sonia, elevă în clasa a XI-a, curriculum național, profil Filologie, a obținut 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐈𝐈-𝐥𝐞𝐚 la secțiunea Poezie, categoria 15–18 ani, în cadrul Concursului Internațional de Creație Literară „Elite Literary Awards International 2026”.

Pasionată de limba și literatura română, Sonia a avut un an cu rezultate extraordinare: Locul al III-lea la etapa națională a Olimpiadei de Limba și Literatura Română și Premiul al II-lea la Olimpiada Națională „Lectura ca abilitate de viață” – OLAV.

🏆 𝐀𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮!

Sonia, an 11th-grade student in our National Curriculum, received 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞 in the Poetry section, 15–18 age category, at the Elite Literary Awards International 2026.

Passionate about Romanian language and literature, Sonia has had an outstanding year, also achieving Third Place at the national stage of the Romanian Language and Literature Olympiad and Second Prize at the “Reading as a Life Skill” National Olympiad – OLAV.

Congratulations, Sonia! We are incredibly proud of you and all your achievements! 💙

🏕️În tabăra de aventură montană, copiii au trăit zile pline de bucurie, descoperiri și experiențe de neuitat.

S-au distrat, și-au făcut prieteni noi și s-au apropiat de natură prin drumeții, explorând locuri deosebite și admirând frumusețea muntelui.

Au avut parte de aventuri pe apă cu SUP- ul, de plimbări cu bicicletele și de multe jocuri și activități care le-au dezvoltat spiritul de echipă, încrederea și curajul.

🏕️At our Mountain Adventure Camp, the children enjoyed days filled with joy, discovery and unforgettable experiences.

They had fun, made new friends and connected with nature through hiking, exploring remarkable places and admiring the beauty of the mountains.

They also enjoyed exciting SUP adventures, bike rides, and a variety of games and activities that helped them develop teamwork, confidence and courage.

We are proud to celebrate David and the successful completion of his IB Diploma Programme — the result of ambition, perseverance and consistent hard work throughout his high school journey.

During his years at OGIS, David distinguished himself not only through his academic progress, but also through his active involvement in the life of our school. As a dedicated volunteer, he contributed with enthusiasm and a genuine sense of belonging to our community.

We are delighted to see his efforts opening doors to leading universities in Romania and abroad, including IE University in Madrid and Heriot-Watt University Dubai.

We are confident that David will bring the same determination and commitment to his university studies and future career. We wish him every success in this exciting new chapter.

We are proud to celebrate Matei Bortoș and his admission, with a significant scholarship, to IE University in Madrid—one of the world’s leading institutions for business education, renowned for its global perspective, innovative approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

For 14 years, Matei has been an important part of the OGIS community. Throughout his journey, he has consistently distinguished himself through dedication, genuine involvement and excellent academic results, culminating in an outstanding score of 9.23 in the Romanian Baccalaureate.

We are delighted to see him begin this exciting new chapter and are confident that his ambition, determination and strong character will lead him towards an exceptional journey at IE University and beyond.
