Here are some insights into our Journey with MLSA - Podcast Edition event from last Saturday.

This podcast gave us the opportunity to connect more with each other and have a meaningful podcast about our lives as MLSAs, IT people, mentors and colleagues. Their answers were relevant and emphasized the biggest challenges that they had to face in their personal and professional journeys.

Here is a sneak peek of our topics:
1. Tell me a little bit about yourself.
2. Describe your MLSA journey in 5 words.
3. How long have you been in the program and how did you evolve in this period?
4. What is the biggest challenge that you had to face in the program?
5. What is the event where you had the most impact and how did you come up with the idea?
6. Is there something that you would personally improve in the program?
7. If you could turn back the time and start over your journey as an ambassador, what would you change?
8. If you could remove all barriers and constraints what project would you do and would you want to be known only by that project?
9. What’s a commonly held belief about your role as an ambassador that you passionately disagree with?
10. What’s the biggest challenge the industry is facing today? In 10 years?
11. If you were going to write a book, what would it be about?

We introduced two little surprises for this edition:
1. A secret jar with 1 funny extra question for each speaker (I strongly recommend you to follow our online recording to find out more about that and amuse yourselves a little about the stories).
2. A giveaway that was won by one of our attendees. They had to answer the following question to get their prize: "What was the former name of MLSA?". Check out the prize in the pictures below!

We would like to introduce a new series of events starring Microsoft Student Ambassadors from all around the world. The project will be structured as a series of podcasts where we will openly talk about different subjects about the MLSA life.

Today, we are pleased to announce our pilot event entitled "Journey with MLSA - Podcast Edition". The event will take place on Saturday, 11th of September, 3:00 PM ((GMT+3) | 2:00 PM (SAST) | 5:30 PM (IST). The host of this event is Bianca Dumitriu, Gold Student Ambassador and Team Leader in MLSA Timisoara.

Accept the challenge of integrating Cloud technologies to solve the most common problems and get involved in changing the student experience of future generations of UVT!
The event will start in the second semester of the academic year (22.02.2021 - 07.03.2021), and the courses will take place online, using the Microsoft Teams application.

Passion is be the main word that comes to my mind when I think about all of the activities, projects and tasks that I am involved or I am assigned to. IT-focused - I am highly motivated in coordinating and communicating in each project I am leading or I am part of.
Advanced education in computer science is giving me an advantage as I have a clear understanding how the IT sector works, easily learning and adapting to new technologies. Together with the experience in leading activities and new initiatives, all of these are always helping me in coordinating projects with a big impact in the IT sector.
