🎉 Training în Management Penitenciar la Penitenciarul Timișoara – Noiembrie 2025

În luna noiembrie, Gabriel Dorin Mureșan, membru CRSP, a susținut 4 zile de training- Management Penitenciar, contribuind la dezvoltarea competențelor profesionale ale personalului.

📚 Tematici abordate:

🔹 Luarea deciziilor în situații cu risc
🔹 Strategii de reabilitare
🔹 Comunicarea și gestionarea crizelor

Mulțumim participanților și conducerii penitenciarelor Buziaș, Timișoara și Bistrița pentru sprijin și implicare. Cu astfel de oameni dedicați, viitorul unui sistem penitenciar mai eficient, mai uman și orientat spre schimbare devine nu doar posibil, ci inspirațional.

Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara și Penitenciarul București-Jilava în cooperare cu IPS_Innovative Prison Systems și BSAFE LAB / Universitatea din Beira Interior au organizat evenimentul „Certification Course”, la Universitatea București, în perioada 15-17 iunie 2022. Programul celor 3 zile de training s-a desfășurat în cadrul proiectului R4JUST „Radicalisation Prevention Competences’ Development Programme for Justice Professionals”. Au participat aproximativ 60 de profesioniști în domeniile țintă ale proiectului: directori de penitenciare, specialiști în Reintegrare Socială din sistemul penitenciar (psihologi, educatori, asistenți sociali), experți în prevenirea criminalității și terorismului, specialiști în siguranța deținerii precum și experți în probațiune.
Echipa CRSP UVT a fost formata din Comisar șef de poliție penitenciară (în rezervă) Dr. Ioan Bătinaș, profesor asociat la Universitatea Babeș Bolyai și membru al echipei proiectului R4JUST, Universitatea de Vest din Timișoara, Asist. Univ. Dr. Bianca Drămnescu și Drd. Adriana Vlaicu, membre în echipa proiectului R4JUST.
Sesiunile de training au fost susținute de specialiști în domeniul radicalizării din Belgia, Cehia, Norvegia, România și Portugalia.

Our colleague, Bianca Dramnescu, is participating today at the workshop "Active Citizenship - Integration, Fighting Discrimination and Building a Common Ground".
The workshop is built around the idea of sharing experiences concerning the integration of immigrants, using the lifelong learning process, community training and building safe spaces of development.
During the last 2 years, the REM partnership has experienced such a co-production of educative experiences, together with immigrants outside of the European space, in Italy, Germany, Spain and Romania.

The Final Conference - RASMORAD - Raising Awareness and Staff Mobility on Radicalisation in Prison and Probation services is taking place today in Rome, Italy. Our delegation is represented by Florin Lobont, Mihai Murariu, Daniela Moza and Bianca Dramnescu
