No Left Behind Children is an adult education project, financed through the Erasmus+ programme, that

No Left Behind Children is initiated by the Noi Re-Cream Association based in Timisoara, Romania and realised in partnership with organization from five different European countries: Promipresa (Italy), Synthesis (Cyprus), KMOP (Greece), Inercia Digital (Spain) and Previform (Portugal). The project focuses on developing competences for parental educators working with migrant parents with the purpose of facilitating the interaction between separated parents and children. The project responds to the critical situation of children left behind by parents migrating for work, feeling abandoned and without support in their most important years of development, when emotional security plays a very important role.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧The process of bringing up children that are left behind brings together parents as well as caregivers and institutions. The complexity of the process is such that it needs a clear differentiation of the roles, so that the child does not get confused about the roles played by the adults.
