If I had to name a yogi, a guru, it would be Bodza. 🐾

She just turned 16 years since we brought her home from the shelter.

Just by being herself, she has taught me so much:

to take life as it comes.
to live in the present.
to respect boundaries.
to simply be.

And above all, to love unconditionally.

Maybe the best teachers don't need words. ❤️

I finished this one out of curiosity.
Now I want to study it.

I especially appreciate how it brings together traditional yoga and modern science.
That balance really resonates with me.

Looking forward to diving deeper.

☀️Summer schedules get messy.
Holidays happen.
Classes get missed.

Not every day is about asana.

Some days, the practice is slowing down,
taking a deep breath,
feeling the sun on your skin,
or paying attention to the world around you.

The studio will be here.
So will your practice. 🌿
