Mi történik, ha egy kicsit szerepet cserélünk? 👀

A második napon a fiatalok iskolai helyzeteket vittek színre, különböző szerepekbe bújtak, improvizáltak, és így egy-egy történetet teljesen más szemszögből is megtapasztalhattak. 🎭✨

És persze a zene sem maradhatott ki! 🎶 A fiatalok elkezdtek azon gondolkodni, milyen zenei aláfestés illene az egyes jelenetekhez, és hogyan lehetne különböző hangokat felhasználni ahhoz, hogy még jobban átadják azok hangulatát. 🎛️🥁

What happens when we switch roles for a while? 👀

On the second day, the young people brought different school situations to life, stepped into unfamiliar roles, improvised, and experienced each story from a completely different perspective. 🎭✨

And of course, music had its part to play! 🎶 The young people started thinking about what kind of musical background would fit each scene and how different sounds could be used to bring out its mood and emotions. 🎛️🥁

Ce se întâmplă atunci când schimbăm puțin rolurile? 👀

În cea de-a doua zi, tinerii au pus în scenă diferite situații din viața școlară, au intrat în roluri mai puțin obișnuite pentru ei, au improvizat și au avut ocazia să privească fiecare poveste dintr-o perspectivă diferită. 🎭✨

Și, bineînțeles, muzica nu putea lipsi! 🎶 Tinerii au început să se gândească la ce fel de fundal muzical s-ar potrivi fiecărei scene și cm ar putea folosi diferite sunete pentru a reda mai bine atmosfera și emoțiile acesteia. 🎛️🥁

Schimb de roluri. Improvizație. Sunete. Perspective noi. 💚

🎶 Így indult az Old Sounds, New Voices tábor! ✨

A Lélektárogató fiataljai is beköltöztek az Old Sounds, New Voices világába – az első nap pedig az ismerkedésről, a zenéről és egy kicsit önmagunk felfedezéséről szólt. 💚

Játszottunk, zenéltünk, új hangokat fedeztünk fel, és közben azt is megtapasztaltuk, hogy a zene mennyi mindent el tud mondani rólunk.

Az első napot egy közös koncerttel zártuk, ahová a szülők is csatlakozhattak. 🎸🥁 Együtt zenéltünk, nevettünk, és olyan fergeteges, mégis felemelő hangulat kerekedett, amivel ennél jobban aligha indulhatott volna a tábor. 🔥

És ez még csak az első nap volt. 💫

🎶 This is how the Old Sounds, New Voices camp began! ✨

The young people from Lélektárogató stepped into the world of Old Sounds, New Voices – and the first day was all about getting to know each other, discovering music and, through it, learning a little more about ourselves. 💚

We played, made music and discovered new sounds, while also experiencing just how much music can tell us about who we are.

We ended the first day with a concert where parents could join us too. 🎸🥁 We played music, laughed and shared an incredible, uplifting atmosphere – we couldn't have asked for a better start to the camp. 🔥

And this was only day one. 💫

🎶 Așa a început tabăra Old Sounds, New Voices! ✨

Tinerii din Lélektárogató au pășit în lumea Old Sounds, New Voices, iar prima zi a fost despre cunoaștere, muzică și, prin intermediul ei, despre a ne descoperi puțin mai bine pe noi înșine. 💚

Ne-am jucat, am cântat, am descoperit sunete noi și am văzut cât de multe poate spune muzica despre noi.

Am încheiat prima zi cu un concert la care ni s-au alăturat și părinții. 🎸🥁 Am cântat, am râs și ne-am bucurat împreună de o atmosferă extraordinară și plină de energie – un început de tabără mai frumos nici nu ne puteam dori. 🔥

Și aceasta a fost doar prima zi. 💫

🔬⛰️ A Csalhó-túra valójában nem a hegyen ért véget.

A The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Romania program keretében teljesített túráról visszahozott moha-, zuzmó- és avarminták most újra életre keltek – ezúttal a mikroszkóp alatt.

A fiatalok közösen elemezték a különböző magasságokból származó mintákat, és egy egészen lenyűgöző apró világ tárult eléjük. Megfigyeltünk amőbákat, különböző mikroorganizmusokat, valamint még egy tojásba burkolózott apró élőlény fejlődő embrióját is sikerült megvizsgálni.

A túra így nemcsak a hegyekről szólt, hanem a kíváncsiságról, a kutatásról és a természet rejtett világának felfedezéséről is.

Néha a legnagyobb kalandok csak akkor kezdődnek, amikor hazaérünk. 🔬💚

🔬⛰️ The Ceahlău journey didn't actually end in the mountains.

The moss, lichen and forest litter samples collected during the The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award journey came back to life under the microscope.

Together, the participants examined samples collected from different elevations and discovered a fascinating hidden world. They observed amoebae, various microorganisms, and even a tiny developing embryo protected inside an egg.

The journey became much more than a mountain adventure—it also turned into an experience of curiosity, research and discovering the hidden world of nature.

Sometimes the greatest adventures begin only after we return home. 🔬💚

🔬⛰️ Drumeția din Ceahlău nu s-a încheiat pe munte.

Probele de mușchi, licheni și litieră aduse din drumeția desfășurată în cadrul programului The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award au prins din nou viață... de această dată sub microscop.

Participanții au analizat împreună probele colectate de la diferite altitudini și au descoperit o lume invizibilă fascinantă. Au observat amibe, diferite microorganisme și chiar un mic embrion aflat încă în interiorul unui ou.

Astfel, drumeția nu a fost doar despre munte, ci și despre curiozitate, cercetare și descoperirea lumii ascunse a naturii.

Uneori, cele mai mari aventuri încep abia după ce ne întoarcem acasă. 🔬💚

🥈⛰️ Minden egy döntéssel kezdődött…

Az egész úgy kezdődött, hogy volt egy ezüst szintes résztvevőnk, Szente Gergő. A bronz szintű csapatból pedig nyolcan úgy döntöttek, hogy nem állnak meg itt, hanem végigcsinálják vele a The Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Romania ezüst szintű, háromnapos végső kalandtúráját is. 💚

Kilenc fiatal, két önálló csapat, egy közös cél a Csalhó-hegységben.

A két csapat csak az ebédszünetekben és két értékelő ponton találkozott: a Tóka-csúcson és a Zúgó-vízesésnél. Közben minden csapat saját feladatán dolgozott: különböző magasságokból gyűjtöttek moha-, zuzmó- és avarmintákat, hogy később megvizsgálják, hogyan változik a mikrobiom a magasság függvényében.

A három nap alatt a Csalhó szinte minden arcát megmutatta. Rekkenő hőségben kapaszkodtunk felfelé 14–18 kilogrammos hátizsákokkal, majd a második napon vörös és sárga viharriasztások miatt a menedékházból figyeltük, hogyan söpör végig a vihar a környező hegyeken. Ilyenkor a természetet nem legyőzni kell – hanem tisztelni.

Persze unatkozni nem volt idő: előkerültek a kártyák, a Bang! és a Solo, este pedig megszületett a túra egyik legfontosabb tanulsága is: az al dente rizs nem feltétlenül minden túrázó kedvence. 😄

Az utolsó napi ereszkedés mindenkit próbára tett, de a Zúgó-vízesés, a rengeteg nevetés és az egymás iránti figyelem ismét bebizonyította, hogy ez a csapat rendkívüli. Felelősséggel, humorral és kitartással dolgoztak együtt a túra minden pillanatában.

Szívből gratulálunk minden résztvevőnek! Nagyon büszkék vagyunk rátok! 👏💚

🥈⛰️ It all started with one decision…

It all began with one Silver Level participant – Gergő Szente. Eight members of our Bronze team decided not to stop there, but to join him in completing the three-day Silver Level Qualifying Journey of The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. 💚

Nine young people, two independent teams, one shared goal in the Ceahlău Mountains.

The two teams met only during lunch breaks and at two evaluation points: Toaca Peak and Duruitoarea Waterfall. Along the way, each team worked on its own expedition task, collecting moss, lichen and forest litter samples from different elevations to study how the mountain microbiome changes with altitude.

Over three days, the Ceahlău Mountains showed almost every side of their character. We climbed in intense heat carrying 14–18 kg backpacks, then watched severe storms sweep across the surrounding mountains from the safety of the mountain hut. In the mountains, you don't conquer nature—you respect it.

There was still plenty of laughter, card games, Bang! and Solo, and one unforgettable discovery: al dente rice isn't everyone's favourite camping dinner. 😄

The final descent tested everyone, but the breathtaking Duruitoarea Waterfall, the shared laughter and the constant support within the team proved once again what an exceptional group these young people are. They showed responsibility, resilience and an incredible team spirit every step of the way.

Totul a început cu un participant de nivel Argint, Szente Gergő. Opt participanți din echipa de Bronz au decis să nu se oprească aici și să parcurgă alături de el călătoria finală de calificare de trei zile pentru nivelul Argint din cadrul programului The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award. 💚

Nouă tineri, două echipe independente și un obiectiv comun în Masivul Ceahlău.

Cele două echipe s-au întâlnit doar în pauzele de prânz și în două puncte de evaluare: Vârful Toaca și Cascada Duruitoarea. În același timp, fiecare echipă și-a desfășurat propria activitate de expediție, colectând probe de mușchi, licheni și litieră de la diferite altitudini pentru a studia modul în care microbiomul se modifică în funcție de altitudine.

În cele trei zile, Ceahlăul și-a arătat aproape toate fețele: căldură puternică, rucsacuri de 14–18 kg și apoi furtuni puternice urmărite din siguranța cabanei. În munți nu învingi natura – o respecți.

Între timp nu au lipsit râsetele, jocurile de cărți, Bang!, Solo și concluzia serii: orezul al dente nu este chiar preferatul tuturor. 😄

Coborârea din ultima zi i-a pus serios la încercare, însă Cascada Duruitoarea, momentele petrecute împreună și sprijinul reciproc au demonstrat încă o dată că această echipă este una cu adevărat extraordinară. Au dat dovadă de responsabilitate, perseverență și un spirit de echipă remarcabil.

Felicitări tuturor participanților! Suntem extrem de mândri de voi! 👏💚

🥉⛰️ Tényleg olyan szép a Csalhó, mint a képeken? 😅

A kézdivásárhelyi DofE csapat bronz szintű végső túráján erre is választ kaptunk. 💚

Bálint Lilla, Csavar-Mátis Fruzsina, Nagy Helga, Simon-Császár Kriszta, Szvoboda Lara és Szvoboda Lilla két napot töltöttek a Ceahlău-hegységben, ahol vízesések, erdei ösvények, sziklás szakaszok és hegycsúcsok váltották egymást.

A cél nemcsak a túra teljesítése volt, hanem az is, hogy együtt dolgozzanak, segítsék egymást, és kilépjenek a komfortzónájukból. A kihívásokból nem volt hiány, de a csapat kitartással és jókedvvel végigjárta az útvonalat.

Büszkék vagyunk rájuk, és gratulálunk a bronz szintű végső túra teljesítéséhez! 👏⛰️💚

The Kézdivásárhely DofE team found the answer during their Bronze Level Final Journey. 💚

Lilla Bálint, Fruzsina Csavar-Mátis, Helga Nagy, Kriszta Simon-Császár, Lara Szvoboda and Lilla Szvoboda spent two days in the Ceahlău Mountains, surrounded by waterfalls, forest trails, rocky paths and mountain peaks.

The goal was not only to complete the journey, but also to work together, support one another and step outside their comfort zones. There was no shortage of challenges, but the team completed the route with determination and positive energy.

We are proud of them and congratulate them on successfully completing their Bronze Level Final Journey! 👏⛰️💚

🥉⛰️ Oare Ceahlăul este chiar atât de frumos precum apare în fotografii? 😅

Echipa DofE din Târgu Secuiesc a găsit răspunsul în cadrul călătoriei finale pentru nivelul Bronz. 💚

Bálint Lilla, Csavar-Mátis Fruzsina, Nagy Helga, Simon-Császár Kriszta, Szvoboda Lara și Szvoboda Lilla au petrecut două zile în Masivul Ceahlău, unde cascadele, potecile de pădure, porțiunile stâncoase și vârfurile montane s-au succedat la fiecare pas.

Scopul nu a fost doar parcurgerea traseului, ci și colaborarea, sprijinul reciproc și ieșirea din zona de confort. Provocările nu au lipsit, însă echipa a dus la bun sfârșit traseul cu perseverență și bună dispoziție.

Suntem mândri de ele și le felicităm pentru finalizarea cu succes a călătoriei finale pentru nivelul Bronz! 👏⛰️💚

Hosszú út, amely során új készségeket sajátítottak el, közösségeket építettek, kiléptek a komfortzónájukból, és újra meg újra bebizonyították, hogy képesek többre, mint amit elsőre gondoltak magukról.

A fiatalok ünnepélyes keretek között vehették át elismerésüket a bukaresti Elisabeta-palota kertjében, a romániai The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award közösség Arany Szintű díjátadó ünnepségén. Az esemény Őfelsége Margareta, a Román Korona Őrzőjének magas védnöksége alatt, valamint Ő Királyi Fensége Zsófia hercegnő jelenlétében valósult meg, ahol az ország különböző Award központjaiból érkező fiatalok együtt ünnepelhették több éves munkájuk eredményét.

Ez a siker ugyanakkor nemcsak a résztvevőké. Köszönjük azoknak a mentoroknak és Award vezetőknek is, akik végig mellettük álltak ezen az úton: Tánczos Szende, Sarkadi Tünde, Gajdó Ödön, Móré Jutka, Cseh Apolka és Oláh Katalin.

Behind the Gold Level stand years of effort, perseverance, volunteering, personal growth, challenges and achievements. It is a long journey during which participants developed new skills, built communities, stepped outside their comfort zones and repeatedly proved that they were capable of more than they had once imagined.

The young people received their awards during the Gold Award Ceremony of the Romanian The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award community, held in the gardens of Elisabeta Palace in Bucharest. The event was held under the High Patronage of Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, and in the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Sofia, bringing together young people from Award Centres across the country to celebrate the results of years of dedication and hard work.

This achievement belongs not only to the participants. We would also like to thank the mentors and Award Leaders who supported them throughout their journey: Szende Tánczos, Tünde Sarkadi, Ödön Gajdó, Jutka Móré, Apolka Cseh and Katalin Oláh.

We are equally grateful to those who supervised, assessed and supported the expeditions: Zsuzsa Rétyi, Melinda-Mónika Demeter, Csilla Kádár and Ödön Gajdó.

Tinerii și-au primit recunoașterea în cadrul ceremoniei de decernare a Nivelului Gold a comunității The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award România, desfășurată în grădina Palatului Elisabeta din București. Evenimentul a avut loc sub Înaltul Patronaj al Majestății Sale Margareta, Custodele Coroanei Române, și în prezența Alteței Sale Regale Principesa Sofia, reunind participanți din centre Award din întreaga țară pentru a celebra rezultatele unei călătorii construite cu perseverență și dedicare.

Această reușită nu aparține doar participanților. Le mulțumim și mentorilor și Liderilor Award care le-au fost alături pe parcursul acestui drum: Tánczos Szende, Sarkadi Tünde, Gajdó Ödön, Móré Jutka, Cseh Apolka și Oláh Katalin.

🕰️ Mit üzennél a jövőbeli önmagadnak?

A Puskás Tivadar Szakközépiskola diákjaival a Black Mirror „San Junipero” című epizódját dolgoztuk fel a Beyond Frames workshop keretében.

A történet az emlékezetről, az emberi kapcsolatokról, az idő múlásáról és a választás szabadságáról szól. A film után a résztvevők levelet írtak a jövőbeli önmaguknak: gondolatokat, terveket, kérdéseket és reményeket fogalmaztak meg arról, hogy milyen emberré szeretnének válni.

A workshop egyben lehetőséget adott arra is, hogy visszatekintsünk az elmúlt hetek közös élményeire, beszélgetéseire és kérdéseire.

A Beyond Frames egy kétéves Erasmus+ projekt a Com.Pass szervezésében, amely a kritikus gondolkodás fejlesztésére épít film és kreatív eszközök segítségével.

🕰️ What would you say to your future self?

Together with students from Puskás Tivadar Technological High School, we explored the Black Mirror episode “San Junipero” as part of the Beyond Frames workshop.

The story is about memory, human relationships, the passage of time, and the freedom of choice. After the film, participants wrote letters to their future selves, sharing thoughts, plans, questions, and hopes about the kind of person they would like to become.

The workshop also provided an opportunity to look back on the shared experiences, conversations, and questions of the past weeks.

Beyond Frames is a two-year Erasmus+ project organized by Com.Pass, using film and creative tools to develop critical thinking.

Împreună cu elevii Liceului Tehnologic „Puskás Tivadar” am analizat episodul „San Junipero” din Black Mirror în cadrul workshopului Beyond Frames.

Povestea vorbește despre memorie, relațiile umane, trecerea timpului și libertatea de a alege. După vizionare, participanții au scris scrisori către sinele lor din viitor, formulând gânduri, planuri, întrebări și speranțe despre persoana care își doresc să devină.

Workshopul a oferit, totodată, ocazia de a privi înapoi la experiențele, discuțiile și întrebările împărtășite în ultimele săptămâni.

Beyond Frames este un proiect Erasmus+ de doi ani organizat de Com.Pass, care dezvoltă gândirea critică prin intermediul filmului și al instrumentelor creative.

🌿 Több mint 100 gyerek, fiatal és önkéntes. Egy nap a természetben. Rengeteg élmény. ✨

Az Old Sounds, New Voices projektben részt vevő nagyajtai, barátosi, baróti, kézdivásárhelyi, uzoni és sepsiszentgyörgyi Berde Mózsa Körök gyermekei közösen indultak útnak a Vama Buzăului térségébe, ahol az Üvöltő-vízesést és a Bölényrezervátumot fedezték fel. 🌲🦬

A kirándulás során a természet hangjait figyeltük: a szél susogását, a víz morajlását, a madarak hangját és mindazt, ami körülvesz bennünket. Közösen alkottunk, játszottunk és megtapasztaltuk, hogy a zene és a természet sokkal közelebb áll egymáshoz, mint elsőre gondolnánk. 🎶

A nap során rengeteg nevetés, kíváncsiság és energia töltötte meg a csapatot – pontosan ezek azok az élmények, amelyek miatt érdemes közösséget építeni. 💚

Köszönjük a szülők bizalmát, hogy ránk bízzák gyermekeiket, és köszönjük oktatóinknak, önkénteseinknek, hogy szívvel-lélekkel dolgoznak azért, hogy ilyen élmények születhessenek.

🌿 More than 100 children, young people and volunteers. One day in nature. Countless experiences. ✨

The children of the Berde Mózsa Circles from Aita Mare, Brateș, Baraolt, Târgu Secuiesc, Uzon and Sfântu Gheorghe participating in the Old Sounds, New Voices project set off together to the Vama Buzăului area, where they explored the Howling Waterfall and the Bison Reserve. 🌲🦬

During the trip, we listened to the sounds of nature: the rustling wind, flowing water, birdsong and everything around us. We created, played and discovered together that music and nature are much more connected than we might first think. 🎶

The day was filled with laughter, curiosity and energy – exactly the kind of experiences that make community building worthwhile. 💚

Thank you to the parents for their trust, and to our educators and volunteers for helping create such meaningful experiences for children.

🌿 Peste 100 de copii, tineri și voluntari. O zi în natură. O mulțime de experiențe. ✨

Copiii din Cercurile Berde Mózsa din Aita Mare, Brateș, Baraolt, Târgu Secuiesc, Uzon și Sfântu Gheorghe, participanți în proiectul Old Sounds, New Voices, au pornit împreună spre zona Vama Buzăului, unde au descoperit Cascada Urlătoarea și Rezervația de Zimbri. 🌲🦬

Pe parcursul excursiei am observat sunetele naturii: foșnetul vântului, murmurul apei, cântecul păsărilor și tot ceea ce ne înconjoară. Am creat, ne-am jucat și am descoperit împreună că muzica și natura sunt mult mai apropiate decât am crede la prima vedere. 🎶

Ziua a fost plină de râsete, curiozitate și energie – exact genul de experiențe care construiesc comunități puternice. 💚

Le mulțumim părinților pentru încredere și educatorilor și voluntarilor noștri pentru implicarea cu care oferă astfel de experiențe copiilor.

🥉 DofE Bronz Nemzetközi Végső Túra – 3–4. nap | Albánia

A képek talán többet mesélnek minden szónál. 💚⛰️🚴

Fiataljaink az elmúlt napokban Albánia lenyűgöző hegyei között folytatták a The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award bronz szintjének nemzetközi végső túráját. A csapatok már túl vannak a csúcstámadáson, gleccsertavaknál frissültek fel, sziklák között vezettek az útjaik, és időnként a természet erejét is testközelből tapasztalhatták meg.

A túra nemcsak gyalogos szakaszokból állt: a résztvevők több mint 50 kilométert kerékpároztak Albánia vadregényes völgyein és hegyi útjain, miközben folyamatosan dokumentálták útvonalukat és tapasztalataikat.

A legemlékezetesebb pillanatok közé tartozott, amikor a csúcstámadás után visszaértek a sziklák alatt felállított sátrakhoz, és rögtön megérkezett egy igazi hegyi vihar. Egy rövid pihenő és közös étkezés után pedig már folytatták is útjukat lefelé az erdők felé.

Voltak fáradtabb pillanatok, hosszú kilométerek és komoly kihívások, de a csapat ismét bizonyította, hogy együtt erősebbek. Segítették egymást, figyeltek a lassabban haladókra, és igazi közösségként működtek.

Őszintén szólva: rettentően büszkék vagyunk rájuk. 👏

🥉 DofE Bronze International Qualifying Journey – Days 3–4 | Albania

The photos tell the story better than words ever could. 💚⛰️🚴

Over the past few days, the two teams of young participants have continued their The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Bronze Level International Qualifying Journey among the breathtaking mountains of Albania. They have completed their summit pushes, cooled off in glacial lakes, crossed spectacular rocky terrain, and experienced the power of nature up close.

The journey was not only about hiking. Participants also cycled more than 50 kilometres through Albania’s stunning valleys and mountain roads while documenting their route, observations, and experiences along the way.

One of the most memorable moments came after the returning of the second team from the summit attempt. As they reached the tents they had left pitched beneath the cliffs, a genuine mountain storm arrived. After a short rest and a shared meal, they continued their journey down through the forests.

There were tired legs, long distances, and challenging conditions, yet the team once again proved the strength of working together. They supported one another, looked after those who were struggling, and acted as a true team.

We couldn't be prouder of them. 👏

🥉 Călătoria Internațională de Calificare Bronz DofE – Zilele 3–4 | Albania

Pozele spun poate mai mult decât orice descriere. 💚⛰️🚴

În ultimele zile, cele douã echipe de tineri au continuat călătoria internațională de calificare pentru nivelul Bronz din cadrul The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award în spectaculoșii munți ai Albaniei. Ambele au trecut de ascensiunea principală, s-au răcorit în lacuri glaciare, au traversat terenuri stâncoase impresionante și au experimentat direct forța naturii.

Călătoria nu a însemnat doar trasee montane. Participanții au parcurs și peste 50 de kilometri pe bicicletă prin văi spectaculoase și drumuri montane din Albania, documentând permanent traseul și experiențele trăite.

Unul dintre cele mai memorabile momente a fost după întoarcerea ultimei echipe de pe vârf, când au ajuns la corturile lăsate sub stânci și au fost surprinși de o adevărată furtună montană. După o scurtă odihnă și o masă împreună, și-au continuat coborârea prin pădure.

Au existat momente de oboseală, kilometri mulți și provocări serioase, însă echipa a demonstrat încă o dată cât de important este sprijinul reciproc. S-au ajutat unii pe alții, au avut grijă de cei mai obosiți și au funcționat ca o adevărată comunitate.

Suntem extrem de mândri de ei. 👏
