“ Tell me about you ! “ is a youth exchange that will happen in 27 february-8 march2017 in Sarata Monteoru - Buzau ,Romania with 40 participants from 8 countries : Czehia,Italy,Latvia,Macedonia,Spain,Greece,Bulgaria,Romania and will include 17 youngsters with fewer opportunities ( unemployed)and 2 diabetics
The context is economical crisis in Europe with a great rate of unemployment that among youngsters is over 22 %,youngsters have difficulties in preparing and sustain interviews for getting a job and don't have enough competences to access labour market.

The aim of the project is to increase employability among youngsters 18-25 old by developing key competences to provide a good quality to job interviews.
Proposed objectives are :
-to offer to 32 youngsters of 18-25 years old and 8 group leaders from 8 european countries a common space to reflect on their future unemployment,youth cooperation and cultural diversity
-to identify the most appropriate key competences needed for get a job and aware their roles in preparing the interviwes for job
-develop in common and promote through nonformal education new theoretical and practical models and techniques in preparing and sustaining a job interview.

The activities forseen are for preparation,introduction and getting to know eachother,trust and team building,presentation of participants and organizations,introduction of Erasmus + programme and youthpass certificate,cultural and study visits in surroundings and in Buzau,intercultural evenings,thematic and creative workshops,interview workshops,daily ,midterm and final reflection-evaluations,dissemination and exploitation of results.Besides there will be transversal activities for visibility,management and monitorizing.
The methodology will be based on nonformal education and will consist in games ,presentations,debates,role plays and simulations,media and video .
Final results will be conclusions from workshops gathered in a brochure , 4 promo videoclips to promote models and techniques of job interviews , a page and a DVD that will contain results and informative and educational matherials.

The impact of the project will be at youngsters’ level by new developed competences, especially forinterviews for getting a job ,a better understanding of cultural diversity and stimulation of active participation .Thematic they will assimilate new tools to prepare for getting a job and how to create and sustain a better job intervie.At partners’ and local communities level the impact will be felt by presence of more trained youngsters and more willing to solve communities problems and by getting new tools and methods to promote employability.
Sustianability of project and partnership will be provided by communication between partners ,by a common dissemination and exploitation plan and by writing new application in Erasmus + programme.

Report of the day : 07.03.2017 .
The final day of this brilliant project started with an interviews with real employers from companies in Buzau. There were 5 different vacancies we could apply – 1) CEC Bank – financial refferent for credits, 2) White yellow cross – social assistant, 3) Matcord – nurse, staff for medical analysis, 4) Agrosem – secretaryin agriclture sector company working with chemicals/fertilizers, 5) Hotel Coroana Buzau – receptionist. Some of the participants choosed which vacancy they will apply in previous day, so they could get ready for this interview, but some of the participants wanted it to be a mystery, so they could use their improvization and skills they learned during the project. After these interviews all 5 groups got a feedback from an interviewer and he choosed one or two people who were the best and the most confident! After interviews, we had a cultural visit Buzau city, city centre, main square and other places.
To celebrate the end of the project, in evening we gathered all together in “J Pizza” bar, where we had a chance to listen to each countries music, dance together, socialize and just recollect all the memories we had in this project. This was kind of culmination of this project because we had become a big, great and friendly family and all of people werehappy and sad at the same time because we realized that was the last evening together... But we really had a great time, thanks to all participants and remember - we are the TOP 5 team!!!

Report of the day 6.03.2017

The day started with an organized visit to the Muddy Volcanoes a place where you can find a unique phenomenon like that in Europe.After we visited Magura Open Sculpture Park with its 256 stone sculptures built with local stone during 16 years and then Ciolanu Monastery where we faced a wonderful orthodox church for peace and meditation.Our organizer gave us a lot of information about region and its culture.
In afternoon we reached Buzau and after we took our rooms we meet youngsters from romanian association and it was a pleasure to interact with them and find common interests at least for italians that were closer to their ages.
We got questionnaires in each groups and we discussed in national teams about the rating of different items and gave feed back to organizers.
In the evening after a walk in the city ,even if we were a little bit tired we started to prepare our real interviews of the next day ,each participant being aware of the position wanted and trying to guess requests of the experts

Report of the day - 05.03.2017 The morning started with an energizer created by the macedonian team, it was called " HI HA HO".We gathered then in the activities room where we started the workshop media, we made 3 teams for the video making and every team started with work.In the begining it was brainstorming about which idea it will be,then when the decision was made we started filming and every team had an creative and unique idea.While we were filming the brochure team was working hard gathering all the information and pictures they got during the whole project to make the brochure.We had a deserved coffee break during our filming because we were all dedicated to this workshop,and in the afternoon we started editing our movies.When the editing was over every group had the opportunity to show us what they have made,we saw that all the participants were creative and all of their opinions were included in the video making.The video had to include what have we learned during the workshops,the first team had an interesting video called "TERMINATOR",the second team was called "EYE OF THE TIGER" and the third team "UNDERTAKER MONTEORU".We were all contented with the final results,and that was a happy ending for the day.

Report of the day 04.03.2017

The day started with an energizer created by the spanish team it was callled “Corro de la patata” then we went to the activities room where we started the interview workshop.We experienced in couples how to be both an employer and an candidate by simulating the Skype interview,it was fun we learned how to communicate,how to behave during one slype interview.After this workshop we had delicious lunch and in the afternoon the spanish team gave us one more energizer called “Canta Juegos” where we gained our energy and we were prepared for the next workshop which it was “Face to Face “ interviews in couples..This was one of the most interesting workshops because we did not know who will be our partner and what will be the question,but we managed to answer and to pass the interviews,every couple had an unique and successful “face to face” interview.With this workshop we increased our English skills,our self confidence,power of improvisation and spontaneous reaction.

The day started with an energizer by the Greek team , called «Catch the balloon» which helped us not only to wake up, but gave us a good laugh too; what better way for a day full of activities and workshops to begin with?? Then, it was the time for some work to get done; that is , to further discuss about the key competencies and the ways we could apply them ,in order to effectively increase our chances for a successful job interview. The day went on, and after a delicious lunch we had, the Greek team provided with a second energizer, with a ball in between the participants ,separated in two groups for this activity ,exercising their reflexes ,trying to take the ball without being caught by the other team’s members.
After the refreshing energizer, it was about time to put key competences’ theory into action! The first interview simulations, by phone, gave us a good chance to do so, as they turned out to be a really valuable tool for to realize mistakes commonly made by candidates being interviewed-and ,at the same time, all of the above in a rather creative and easy-comprehended way ,as the ‘’scripts’’ each interviewed couple had created and displayed were funny ,interesting and straight forward to the topic; sometimes funny and sometimes more sophisticated, but in any case enjoyable and effective !Middle term evaluation was next ,a task we had been rather prepared for, as smaller evaluations had already taken place before ,thus acclimating us .Also, impressions formed for the job being done in the exchange, were more than good, so the main difficulty, if any, was to accurately form our enthusiasm into words so we could proceed to the video night, learning more about key competences as they had been perceived and presented by previous projects’ participants, enriching this way our perception of them by providing us with different cultural aspects on the topic.
End of the day found us a bit tired but certainly happy, thinking and discussing the new knowledge acquisitions we had gained and looking forward to the next day and all the new things it would bring, to come!
