DAY 4 - 22 may

New day, new energizers in the morning and then "six thinking hats" that was a very challenging method. We discussed at six tables about digital transitions as a priority for Erasmus + projects and we had to choose different colours to express facts, benefits, barriers about virtual tools in new programme.
After that our experts introduced us in the world of Erasmus + projects and every step of a project and their actors were clearly defined with examples from previous projects.
Then we were splitted in 5 teams and we got the template for the most important workshop. First step was to develop an idea of future common project using 5W method and to create main features of our project.
End of the day was in different teams: some of us were tasting wines, others watching movies, playing badminton or board games

DAY 3 - 21 may

Day started with dynamic energizers and then our experts did a great job introducing to us the new Erasmus + programme. There were a lot of information about accreditation, new actions, priorities and some of us that experienced being participants, group leaders or trainers shared their experineces.
As weather was sunny the outdoor activities were wonderful. Everybody enjoyed natura and the green forest. Before heading to "land art" we had some trust games and became more confident and linked with project colleagues. Land art was magnifique and during relection most of the teams indicated it as a highlight.
Session nr 2 connected us with topic of virtual tools so after experts introduced us some tools they use in their projects as: zoom, skype, padlet, menti etc. we were in teams and shared specific tools from our works and it was interesting to discover platforms, educational website, applications new that can fit in our daily work. To present our work we choose a creative way through interviews, theater, TV show, podcast or TV news
Last part of the day we had a "world cafe" and moderated by Tania, Dania and Giedre we discussed about virtual tools we used before pandemic, during and after in our youth projects. It was amazing how many tools there were listed and how different we had the approaches.
Th evening was relaxed with stories, discussiond and playing cards
