Day 5
In yoga philosophy, kleshas are the roots of inner suffering. They are like veils that cloud our perception and keep us from seeing life with clarity. There are five:
1. Avidya – ignorance, forgetting our true nature
2. Asmita – misidentification with the ego, believing ‘I am only this body/mind’
3. Raga – attachment to pleasure
4. Dvesha – aversion or rejection of what we dislike
5. Abhinivesha – fear of change and fear of death
Through practice, yoga helps us recognize these patterns and gently dissolve them with awareness, breath, and presence. ✨

Trikonasana teaches us to find expansion within a steady structure – grounding through the legs while opening through the torso and chest. It is a posture of balance between stability and fluidity.
Our practice started to sync and the body understands easily, it already builded a structure. “Tadasana feet” is now a memory within our bodies, that is easy to recall :)
