Sâmbătă, 14.05.2022 a avut loc cercul metodic aria curriculară "Tehnologii", cu tema "Strategii interdisciplinare aplicabile în calculatia costului de producție și promovare pentru produse agricole", organizator-Liceul Tehnologic "Haralamb Vasiliu", Podu Iloaiei- în domeniul/specialitatea economic/comerț, turism/alimentație publică/industrie alimentara și agricultură, în coordonarea Inspectoratului Școlar Județean Iași - doamna inspector prof Dumitru Rodica, domnul inspector prof Manea Romică🌺
🌺Cele 60 de cadre didactice care predau discipline tehnice în școlile ieșene, participante la activitățile cercului, au asistat și la o lecție demonstrativă interdisciplinară - “Calculația costului de producție și promovare pentru cultura de lavandă” susținută de doamnele prof Cătărău Elena, prof Monica Carp și prof Ana Saiz.
De asemenea, în cadrul cercului nostru drag, a avut loc și diseminarea proiectului Erasmus+KA101-078805 H.A.P.P.Y. "How to Activate Progress and Persuasion in Youngsters" la care ne-am bucurat să identificăm partea măsurabilă a stării de bine pentru elevii noștri.
🌺💕Apreciere pentru o participare atât de activă și deschiderea demonstrată în formarea profesională!
🌺Toate activitățile au avut loc la Mănăstirea Dragomirna, Suceava, loc în care ecourile istorice și culturale au încântat inimile tuturor : am vizualizat secția de producție - un real incubator antreprenorial, am dezbătut noile tendințe în producția agricolă, am calculat și costul de producție, ne-am ajustat activitatea la noile prevederi metodologice și am prezentat etapele de desfășurare pentru examenele de competențe profesionale nivel 4 și nivel 3.
🌺Dincolo de o zi plină de învățare și încărcătură culturală, prețuirea este pentru tot ceea ce clădesc profesorii de discipline tehnice în atelierele lor și în parcursul educațional al viitorului absolvent de meserie!💕

Day 7-Innovative Approaches to Teaching, Erasmus Course in Prague- We discussed about modern trends in formative assessment and metacognition.
At the end of our course, we received our certificates and we had a debriefing session about the learning outcomes of the course.

Day 6 - Innovative Approaches to Teaching
Our course was divided into two parts : Critical vs Creative Thinking and Games/Gamification/Game-based Learning.
We carried out different activities that emphasized the importance of both critical and creative thinking and the need for balance when it comes to the educational process.
Games are an important part of our life, that's why they/their elements should be transferred to the classroom, to help learning occur more naturally.
At the end, we discussed about storytelling, a technique that aims at developing students' creative skills. As heroes play an important part in stories, we were reminded that we are the heroes of our own lives and that the power to transform ourselves lies within us.

Day 5 - Innovative Approaches to Teaching
We discussed different teaching strategies to suit the needs of differentiated classes. We analysed in detail some of the strategies meant to be a real help when dealing with different levels of ability in class: variety, open-ended tasks and questions, language scaffolding, unconventional teaching methods and approaches. The course was very interactive and we had many teamwork activities meant to help us assimilate the topic.
At the end of the day, we visited St. Vitus Cathedral and found out the impressive history of this impressive Gothic building.

Day 4 - Innovative Approaches to Teaching
Our trainer proposed us an outdoor training session. In the first part, he showed us some Czech schools and explained the way the pandemic has affected the educational process; he also mentioned that the access in schools is more difficult than usual and avoided as much as possible.
In the second part of our meeting, we spent our time playing some collaborative games to prepare us for our next training session concerning the use of games in the educational process.

Day 3 - Innovative Approaches to Teaching
Teaching in pandemic conditions has been a challenge from the beginning, reason for which solutions have to be found in order to adapt the learning process and make the best of it.
Within various group activities, we discussed what skills are more important and efficient nowadays and together we analysed the advantages of combining online learning and classroom learning trough techniques such as blended learning/flipped classroom.
At the end, we had a debriefing session, using the 4F method (facts, feelings, findings, future).
Our day ended with a visit to the National Museum, where we delighted ourselves with two captivating exhibitions ( Czech Press Photo and Famous Czech Composers ).

Day 2 - Innovative Approaches to Teaching, Erasmus course in Prague
Prague not only cherishes its historical past, it also values biodiversity in all its forms.
We had the opportunity to visit one of the biggest zoos in Europe. We were impressed by the wide variety of animals that live there. It was a pleasure to walk through the Elephant Valley, the Hippo House, the African Savanna, the Feline and Reptile Pavilion etc.

Day 7 - Teacher Training Courses in Split, Croatia - Strategies for Reducing Early School Leaving
Course Evaluation and Revision
Today was our last day of training. We talked about how this course helped us and what do we belive that we can put into practice in our school. We also had some informal discussion with our collegues from Ciprus, Poland, France and Romania. After that we took a trip to five of the islands near Split. We visited Blue Cave on Bisevo island, Stiniva on Vis island, Blue Lagoon on Budikovac island, Hvar island and one of the Paklinski islands. It was a wonderful day!

What makes a good teacher great?
Early School Leaving: Case studies
We started the day by discussing the challenges that teachers have to face. We worked on several challenges that were identified by other teachers that took this course before us and we tried to propose solutions in order to overcame them. Then we added our own challenges and we worked together as a group to find the appropiate solutions.
On the second part of the course we changed perspective and we looked as us, the theachers, through the eyes of the students. Than we have some fun with the Active Floor monitor.
In the evening we vizited a Tehnological School in Split. It was an amazing experience.

Trip Day - Krka National Park
The national park is a vast and primarily unaltered area of exceptional natural value, including one or more preserved or insignificantly altered ecosystems. The purpose of the park is primarily to serve science, culture, education and recreation, while tourism activities have also been introduced for its visitors.
Krka National Park is amazing - a fantastical celebration of nature. It was a day to discover the surroundings of Split and a little bit more of Croatia.

Creative Motivating Techniques for Students
Fun with New Technologies
We starded the day with a series of case studies from a tehnological highschool near Split. We talked about the educational system in Croatia, the strategies used by the highschool in order to prevent early school leaving and we shared our experiences. We took the second course in Emanuel Vidovic Park where each of us created a slogan for our subject and we did a role play to exemplify how we can use the teaching method of "radiofonic interview" with our students. After that we return to the training center and learned how to use Jeopardy Labs to create fun online games that we can be applied in our classes. It was an interesting day.
