The autothrust is one of the Airbus A320's most advanced automation systems.

By continuously adjusting engine thrust to maintain the target speed, it helps reduce pilot workload while improving efficiency throughout the flight.

Understanding how and when to use the autothrust is an essential part of Airbus training. In our A320 simulator, pilots develop the skills to confidently manage both automation and manual flight, because effective automation starts with a well-trained pilot.

Not every approach ends with a landing.

A go-around is a normal manoeuvre that allows pilots to safely discontinue an approach whenever the landing is no longer considered stable or safe.

But executing a go-around doesn't end with moving the thrust levers to TOGA. Following the correct flow, managing the aircraft is essential to maintaining situational awareness and ensuring a safe transition back into the climb.

In our Airbus A320 simulator, pilots practice the entire procedure from start to finish, developing the confidence, discipline, and muscle memory needed.

The Instructor Station is the operational core of simulator training.

From this position, the entire training environment is configured and controlled in real time: from aircraft positioning and system states to weather conditions, malfunctions, and scenario progression. It allows the instructor to adapt the session dynamically, ensuring each exercise meets specific training objectives.
