Day 9,
27.06

The last day of the project. In the first part, we enjoyed the cultural visit. Starting early in the morning, we first visited the Dracula’s Castle in Bran – a very well-preserved fortress in a really spectacular environment, with forest and mountains in the background. Then, we departed for Brasov where we spent some time in the beautiful medieval city.
Coming back to Busteni, we had the final evaluation session and the reflection time for Youthpass, and for our future plans.
The day ended with the farewell party – we exchanged ideas, addresses, future plans and, of course, it was revealed the secret friends.

Day 8,
26.06

It was a day of hard work. The video editors did their work. Meanwhile, we worked on the other items for the visual campaign: posters and flyers, articles for magazine. In the afternoon, we had a session about the steps for reimbursement and we also had reflection time for filling the second part of the Youthpass. For that, the organizers made a Google form with the key competencies and some hints to help us in the process of filling it.
In the evening, we had the opportunity to see all the final products: videos, posters, flyers, and parts of the magazine. The last one is done 90%; some details and page arrangements and everything will be ready.
We ended the day with some instructions concerning the rules and safety measures for the cultural visit.
After a full day, most of us are exhausted.

Day 7,
25.06
If yesterday was a day for creativity, today the concept was taken to the next level: video production. In five teams, created around the volunteering video editors, we started to shoot the footage for videos that we will do about civic involvement issues. Everyone was fully connected to the process of brainstorming, selecting the best ideas and putting them into practice. We hardly can wait for the final products, but this will be a task for tomorrow. So far, in the evening we organized some board games, others are starting the editing of videos, and some teams still have some night shooting.

Grassroots comics is a very powerful tool that can be used to solve social problems, but it's so versatile that can be adapted to any kind of topic, field environment etc. The method was established by Leif Packalen and Sharad Sharma. We chose the wallposter format that consist in a comic with four panels drawn on two A4 sheets that were collated afterwards. Here there are the results of the workshop that had the topic of voting issues.

Day 6,
24.06

The day started with the mid-term evaluation. Archery and the Learning tree methods were employed. Both evaluations were very good: in the archery, evaluating the overall satisfaction, all the shoots were inside the circle of 75% and the bull's eye. The learning tree was a balanced one, according to people’s expectations.
Today our creativity was fully challenged. After a short theoretical input about the Grassroots method, we created comics in the specific style as posters. The outcome was a nice exhibition with comics on the elections subject. And after creation came the critics – each work was discussed and explained. That took place in the evening, after dinner.
