Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the EU-PAIR 2026 International Conference, organized by the Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. The conference will take place in Iași, Romania, on 18–19 June 2026 and will be held in a hybrid format, enabling both in-person and online participation. Nevertheless, we strongly encourage presenters to attend physically.
The theme of EU-PAIR 2026 is “Europe’s Independence Moment: Governance, Power, and Policy Transformation in a Fragmented Global Economy.” The event seeks to bring together academics, researchers, practitioners, and policy experts to explore the evolving role of the European Union in a shifting global context, with particular attention to governance transformations, strategic autonomy, economic resilience, policy innovation, and institutional adaptation.
We warmly invite you to contribute to the conference by submitting your abstract and/or full paper by 2 June 2026 at [email protected].
Additional details regarding registration, conference fees, and practical arrangements are available on the conference website: https://eu-pair.uaic.ro/Pages/Eu-pair-conference-2026.aspx
Papers presented at the conference will have the opportunity to be published in the Conference Proceedings, the European Journal of Public Administration, the South-Eastern Europe Journal of Economics, and the Scientific Annals of Economics and Business (all indexed in IDB).
