Lansăm campania de recrutare pentru cea de-a 𝟐𝟔-a ediție a programului nostru cu tradiție Together We Grow – Rompetrol Traineeship, una dintre cele mai importante inițiative prin care pregătim noua generație de specialiști pentru companiile din cadrul grupului.
Din 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟏, programul nostru creează punți între mediul academic și industria energiei. Și în acest an, oportunitățile de Traineeship sunt deschise în 𝟔 dintre companiile noastre: Rompetrol Rafinare, Rominserv, Midia Marine Terminal, Rompetrol Energy, Rompetrol Well Services și Rompetrol Quality Control.
📍 Locații: Năvodari & Ploiești
📅 Perioadă: august-septembrie (2 luni)
Pe parcursul programului, participanții vor avea ocazia să:
✔ lucreze alături de mentori dedicați;
✔ participe la workshop-uri applicate;
✔ descopere provocările reale din industria energiei.

We are launching the recruitment campaign for the 𝟐𝟔th edition of our long-standing program, Together We Grow – Rompetrol Traineeship, one of the key initiatives through which we prepare the next generation of specialists for the Group’s companies.
Since 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝟏, the program has been building strong connections between academia and the energy industry. This year as well, Traineeship opportunities are available within six of our companies: Rompetrol Rafinare, Rominserv, Midia Marine Terminal, Rompetrol Energy, Rompetrol Well Services, and Rompetrol Quality Control.
📍 Locations: Năvodari & Ploiești
📅 Period: August-September (2 months)
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to:
✔ work alongside dedicated mentors;
✔ attend hands-on workshops;
✔ explore real challenges in the energy industry.
