I go by Miss Elena, as my students call me, and I have been preparing and coaching students from all over the country for their IGCSE and A Level examinations. My students are enrolled in Cambridge Schools (British School of Bucharest, Cambridge School of Bucharest, International British School of Bucharest - IBSB, Royal School of Transylvania etc. etc) and have been coaching them in order to identify and overcome their lack of motivation or failure in the IGCSE or A LEvel examinations.

While I love teaching Maths, Economics and Business Studies to all my students, I am focused especially on students that have been rejecting school, putting little to no efforts in their studies and not achieving in their final exams, plus getting a significant number of detentions in school or receiving complaints about their behaviour from the school's management team. I am extremely aware of the high number of students that are exactly in this situation allthroughout the country.

Throughout my years of teaching practice and coaching experience, I have gained qualifications, skills and knowledge that brought significant changes and achievements in my students' lives. 100% of them passed their exams, with higher results than even them expected, but most importantly, matured and became more responsible for their lives and careers.

Secolul 21 aduce copiilor nostri cele mai mari provocari din istoria omenirii. Generatiile din ziua de azi (in marea lor majoritate) nu mai au apetit si motivatie sa isi dezvolte gandirea. GANDIREA este cea mai puternica unealta si arma pe care omul o detine si cu care se poate apara chiar si atunci cand in societate se creaza trenduri sau se propaga informatie care creaza confuzie. Gandirea nu ne-o poate fura NIMENI, deci singura metoda de a-o pierde este de a renunta, in mod constient si voluntar, la ea si la procesul de achizitie si de dezvoltare a ei. GANDIREA:
• ii protejeaza pe copiii nostri de influenta celor care “povestesc cu mult entuziasm” ca pot obtine bani fara sa depuna mult efort sau neaplicand etica si valori morale in activitatea lor de comercializare
• ii ajuta sa aleaga sa nu isi iroseasca tot timpul si energia in activitati disfunctionale cm ar fi social media, gaming, drugs, alcool, filme etc. si le imbunatateste abilitatile de socialiazare
• le stimuleaza apetitul pentru studiu, citit si dobandirea de cunostinte generale variate si ii ajuta sa ajunga sa aprecieze FAMILIA, MUNCA si ETICA la adevarata lor valoare
• le stimuleaza creativatatea si spiritul de inovatie
• ii ajuta sa isi puna intrebari si sa priveasca cu un ochi critic povesti, mesaje si recomandari primite de la cei de varsta lor sau varste mai mari…plus sa spuna NU oamenilor si mesajelor cu o influenta nesanatoasa

…..si lista este extrem de lunga.

Ca parinti si pedagogi, trebuie sa legam parteneriate pe termen lung si, sa incepem, de la varste foarte fragede, sa investim in GANDIREA copiilor nostri. CULTURA GENERALA este o unealta extrem de importanta in formarea si stabilirea retelelor neuronale care stau la baza formarii si dezvoltarii gandirii.

Cu cat mai devreme, cu atat mai bine. Cu cat mai repede, cu mult mai bine!

Generatiile de copii si de adolescenti de azi gandesc atat de diferit de cm a gandit generatia mea la varsta lor, si cu atat mai diferit de generatiile anterioare. As indrazni sa spun faptul ca ele se nasc cu o gandire antreprenoriala, pe care eu, cel putin, nu am avut-o si pe care a trebuit sa mi-o insusesc scolastic si prin multa informatie. Pentru ei este atat de natural sa nascoceasca o idee vanzabila, sa se promoveze pe ei si ideea lor, sa negocieze si sa obtina bani reali. Le este atat de natural sa vada lucrurile prin perspectiva profitului!
⌛️Copiii de azi vin cu lucruri innascute, care, daca sunt explorate si dezvoltate, ii vor echipa cu abilitati si informatii ce ii vor echipa pentru viitorul apropiat dar si indepartat. Convingerea mea este ca, pentru a face fata schimbarilor cu care societatea noastra se confrunta, banii nu mai reprezinta de mult cea mai puternica arma, ci INFORMATIA.

✈️MY BRAND inseamna, in primul rand, faptul ca fiecare dintre copiii nostrii este unic, echipat cu talente si creat cu toate resursele necesare pentru a-si implini potentialul, chemarea si destinul! El poate fi comparat cu un BRAND, tocmai pentru ca el este unic, deci recognoscibil, exact cm un Brand nu se poate confunda cu un altul. Apoi, el va invata si faptul ca poate crea ceva unic.
Atasat sunt cateva din lucrurile pe care mi le propun pe parcursul acestui proiect! Abia astept sa ii cunosc pe si sa lucrez cu viitorii antreprenori!
