🍪 Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls Recipe 🍪
If you’re looking for the fluffiest, most indulgent treat, these Biscoff Cinnamon Rolls are it! Here is the recipe:
1. The Dough (Aluat)
• 180ml Warm milk
• 60g Sugar
• 1 Whole egg + 1 Egg yolk (room temperature)
• 60g Melted butter
• 400g All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Dry yeast
2. The Filling (Umplutură)
• 45g Melted butter
• 1/2 cup Sugar (brown sugar works great too!)
• 1 tbsp Cinnamon
• 120g Biscoff spread (melted)
3. The Frosting (Glazură)
• 160g Mascarpone cheese (softened)
• 80g Biscoff spread
• 1 tbsp Honey or powdered sugar
• 2-3 tbsp Milk or heavy cream (adjust for consistency)
• A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Dough: Mix the warm milk with sugar and yeast. Add the eggs, melted butter, flour, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
2. Assemble: Roll out the dough, brush with melted butter, sprinkle the cinnamon sugar, and drizzle the melted Biscoff spread. Roll it up and cut into 10-12 pieces.
3. Bake: Let them rise for another 30 mins, then bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20-25 minutes until golden.
4. Frost: Mix all frosting ingredients until creamy. Spread over the rolls while they are still warm!
