Zahăr = sugar
Lapte = milk
să pun = (I) to put - conjunctive form, in this case meaning "Shall I put?" or "shall I add?"
Zahăr, lapte, să pun? = Shall I add sugar, milk?
Fără = without
Săpun = soap
Fără săpun = without soap

In Romanian, "să pun" (for me to put) sounds exactly like "săpun" (soap).
Nu vreau să pun săpun în cafea. I don't want to put soap in (my) coffee. 😃

Breakdown for learners:
🌲Oaș (a.k.a. Țara Oașului) is a historical region in Northern Romania.
🏙In the city of Cluj (which is in a different region), there is a street named "strada Oașului" = "the street of the Oaș"
👀You'll notice many Romanian place names ending in -ii -ei -lui and -lor --> these are the Genitive terminations, meaning "of the".
For example: Strada Observatorului (the street of the observatory), Strada Eroilor (the streed of the heroes), Strada Fericirii (the street of the happiness) and so forth.

🫧🌊A SPĂLA = to wash --> from this verb we have the noun
o spălătorie = a wash (as in the place where things are washed)
spălătoria = the wash (that -a at the end is the definite article "the")

💡In a strike of marketing genius, somebody thought of naming the car wash on Oașului str. "Spălătoria Washului". We can now thank them for the free entertainment 😄

PS - yes, we got our carpets washed there once and were satisfied with the service 😄

Romanian can be tricky to navigate when you have to deal with pronouns, since they change so much depending on grammatical case.
I created this table when teaching my students the Dative case, with a very typical example of how it is used: together with the verb "to give" = A DA.
There are lots of combinations of who gives to whom, and depending on what you're trying to say, you might need the accentuated or the unaccentuated Dative foms (or both!)
