🗣️ Meet our next speaker, Diana Ionescu!
A Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Diana Ionescu focuses her research on criminal justice, with particular interests in comparative criminal justice, victims’ rights and the influence of historical and socio-cultural factors on justice systems. Alongside her academic work, she has also practised as a lawyer in the field of environmental justice.

A psychotherapist and clinical psychologist with a background in both Psychology and Law, she combines clinical practice with research in mental health and prison psychology. Her work focuses on psychological assessment, psychotherapy and the development of innovative digital mental health solutions.

A graduate of both the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Business at Babeș-Bolyai University, he is committed to professionalism, transparency and ethical legal practice.

🗣️ Meet our speaker, Ovidiu Chiroban!
With over 15 years of experience in forensic medicine and medico-legal investigations, Ovidiu Chiroban is a Senior Lecturer at the Iuliu Hațieganu University of Medicine and Pharmacy and a Consultant Forensic Pathologist at the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Cluj-Napoca. His expertise focuses on forensic pathology, medical law and legal liability, while his research and teaching continue to shape both medical and legal education.

A member of the Cluj Bar Association, Gabriela Dănilă is the Legal Director at ISSA ESTATE Group. She also teaches Public International Law at the Faculty of Law, Babeș-Bolyai University, and has coached the Faculty’s student teams for international moot court competitions for over three years.
