✨ Welcome to the INK Society Corner ✨

Stories begin with a single idea, a scribbled note, a curious question, or a dream that refuses to stay quiet.

We are excited to announce a special space on our website dedicated to our newest club, INK Society, where our young writers are learning that writing is much more than putting words on paper. It is about imagination, creativity, observation, courage, and finding their own voice.

In this space, we will be sharing the students’ stories, writing challenges, reflections, and creative projects as they journey from simple ideas to finished pieces of writing.

Every published story represents hours of thinking, drafting, editing, and believing in themselves.

We invite you to visit, read, and celebrate the work of our young authors. Who knows? You might just discover the next great storyteller.

✒️ Welcome to INK Society, where ideas become stories and stories find their wings.

Last weekend, our primary students were once again part of the Apuseni Marathon community, volunteering with enthusiasm, responsibility, and big hearts.

Through their homemade lemonade stand, they helped raise funds for Happyatoys Association, supporting the inclusion of children with Down syndrome in our kindergarten and school. They worked throughout the event, serving visitors, explaining their cause, and showing what it means to contribute to something bigger than themselves.

We would like to thank the marathon organisers for offering children opportunities like this. This is our second year volunteering at the event, and we believe this is far more than a simple activity. If we want children to grow into capable, compassionate, and responsible adults, volunteering must become part of their lives from a very young age.

We are incredibly proud of every student who chose to give their time, energy, and kindness to support others. ❤️🍋

Happy Children’s Day!

This week, we opened the doors of our newest club for young writers: INK Society. ✨

A place where children will learn not only how to write stories… but how to observe, imagine, express ideas freely and have the courage to create without fear of being judged.

And during our very first meeting, something truly special happened.

The writer Alec Blenche took time from his incredibly busy schedule to create a personalised video message especially for our students.

What made the moment so powerful was the fact that the children knew this message was dedicated personally to them.

You could feel the atmosphere in the room change instantly.

Suddenly, this was no longer “just a club.”
It became something meaningful.
Something important.
Something real.

Hearing a real writer speak directly to them about imagination, writing, courage and beginnings helped the children understand that what they are about to build inside INK Society matters.

For many of them, this was their very first interaction with a writer.
And honestly, I cannot imagine a more beautiful way to begin.

With the writer’s approval, we are sharing the video publicly because moments like these deserve to be seen and remembered.

Our deepest appreciation and gratitude go to Alec Blenche for the generosity, warmth and encouragement he offered our young writers at the very beginning of their journey.

At Researchers Schoolhouse, our girls between the ages of 8–12 are part of a very special workshop guided by specialist Roxana Petre, created to help them navigate one of the most sensitive and complex stages of growing up.

Because friendships at this age are beautiful… but also complicated.

This is the age where children begin to feel social pressure more deeply. The age where belonging matters enormously. The age where exclusion, misunderstandings, comparisons, conflicts and insecurities naturally begin to appear inside school communities.

Through interactive activities, role play, reflection exercises and honest discussions, Roxana helps the girls understand something extremely important:

A strong girls community is valuable… but it is not built easily.

The girls learn that behind every difficult behaviour there is often a hidden emotional need. They begin to understand that throughout life they may sometimes find themselves being the excluded one… and other times, without realising it, the one who excludes.

The purpose of these workshops is not perfection.

The purpose is awareness.
Empathy.
Courage.
Connection.

And most importantly, giving them tools to break this vicious circle before they lose themselves inside it.

Little by little, the girls learn how to stand up for one another, how to communicate better, how to recognise emotional needs, how to set boundaries, and how to build relationships based on respect, humour, inclusion and trust.

Because growing up is not only about academic success.

It is also about learning how to remain kind, connected and true to yourself while living among others.
