English lessons in Cluj offers a friendly way to improve your English speaking, reading and listening in a friendly environment through informal conversation and study with a native English speaker. Your tutor, Mike Bailey, has many years of experience in teaching and working with small groups and individuals from many different countries and backgrounds. The classes are run around short pieces of English written text, either passages from stories, news articles, poems, recipes, even song lyrics. Each session is different but the teaching always concentrates on words and phrases, what they mean, how and when to use them, how to pronounce them and other ways you can say the same thing. Each session builds on the previous one through reviewing the lessons learned and growing a personal set of notes and reminders. The aims of English lessons in Cluj and for participants to develop their English so they are confident, clear and correct when they read, talk or listen. They will develop these skills by studying and discussing stories, news and customs from England. Classes can be taught in small groups of up to six people or individually depending on your preference.
