▪️10x Flotari
-in functie de capacitatea fiecarei persoane cate 5-15secunde pauza intre exercitii iar numarul de serii de asemenea.
-acesta a fost antrenamentul meu preferat din timpul starii de urgenta, pentru a ma mentine in formă
