2026. április 13–18. között egy pedagógiai asszisztens vett részt Erasmus+ mobilitási programban Barcelonában, Spanyolországban.
A „We are all special – Inclusion and support to special needs students in and out of the classroom” című képzést az Europass Teacher Academy szervezte, és gyakorlati tevékenységeken keresztül olyan készségek és kompetenciák elsajátítását t***e lehetővé, amelyek elősegítik a tanulók közötti interakciót, a kortárscsoporton belüli együttműködést és a kölcsönös támogatást. Ezek alapvető elemei a szociális készségek fejlesztésének, az önbizalom erősítésének a sajátos nevelési igényű (SNI) gyermekek esetében, valamint segítenek nekik megbirkózni a tehetetlenség érzésével és a stresszel.
A képzésen való részvétel eredményeként a résztvevők mélyebb megértést szereztek az inklúzióról, a családok bevonásának modelljeiről – amelyek hozzájárulnak az SNI tanulók iskolai sikerességéhez és jóllétéhez –, valamint az esélyegyenlőség biztosításának fontosságáról a fogyatékkal élő személyek számára fenntartott intézményekben. A megszerzett ismereteket és módszereket a jövőben intézményünk szintjén, konkrét tevékenységek formájában kívánjuk alkalmazni.
Ez a mobilitás értékes tanulási lehetőséget és betekintést nyújtott a jó európai gyakorlatokba, közvetlen hatással a résztvevő szakemberek személyes és szakmai fejlődésére.

În perioada 13 – 18 Aprilie, 2026, un cadru didactic auxiliar a participat la o mobilitate Erasmus+ în Barcelona, Spania.
Cursul de formare „We are all special – Inclusion and support to special needs students in and out of the classroom” organizat de Europass Teacher Academy, a oferit activități practice vizând dobândirea de aptitudini și competențe necesare pentru a sprijini interacțiunea dintre elevi/ în grupul de semeni și susținerea reciprocă, elemente fundamentale în construirea competențelor sociale, pentru dezvoltarea încrederii în sine la copiii cu CES și pentru a-i ajuta pe aceștia să facă față sentimentului de neajutorare și stresului.
Ca urmare a participării la această oportunitate de formare, cei înscriși au dobândit o înțelegere mai profundă a incluziunii, a modelelor de implicare a familiilor pentru succesul școlar și starea de bine a elevilor cu CES, și a importanței asigurării echității în instituțiile dedicate persoanelor cu dizabilități. Cunoștințele și metodele învățate urmează a fi implementate prin activități specifice la nivelul școlii noastre.
Această mobilitate a reprezentat o oportunitate valoroasă de învățare și deschidere spre bune practici europene, cu un impact direct asupra dezvoltării personale și profesionale a cadrelor participante.

During April 13–18, 2026, a teaching assistant participated in an Erasmus+ mobility in Barcelona, Spain.
The training course “We are all special – Inclusion and support to special needs students in and out of the classroom”, organized by Europass Teacher Academy, provided practical activities aimed at developing the skills and competences needed to facilitate positive interactions among students within peer groups and to encourage mutual support. These are essential elements in building social competences, fostering self-confidence in students with special educational needs (SEN), and helping them cope with feelings of helplessness and stress.
Through this learning opportunity, the participants gained a deeper understanding of inclusion, models for family involvement in ensuring the academic success and well-being of SEN students, and a clearer grasp of the importance of ensuring equity in institutions dedicated to people with disabilities. The knowledge and methods acquired will be implemented through specific activities at our school.
This mobility represented a valuable learning opportunity and an insight into best European practices, with a direct impact on the personal and professional development of the participating staff.
