The International Students' Conference on Communication is organized by the Department of Communication, Public Relations and Advertising, at the College of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences, the Babeș-Bolyai University. The conference is designed for bachelor, master and doctoral students and it is held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
