Topic: SETTING THE GOALS FOR FEBRUARY
This morning I woke up with the idea of setting few specific goals that I want to accomplish this month. It's the first day of the month, it's Monday and it seems a good moment to do this.
And I want to encourage you to set few goals for this month. What do you want to accomplish, how do you want to be, where do you want to go?
In the process of setting the goals, it is important that they are aligned with your essence, your values, your passions, your talents, your life vision, your needs.
They can be related to your profession, wellbeing, health, family, social life, development, learning and so on.
You can set between 1 and 5 goals. If they are too many I feel discouraged, because it may seem too much to handle.
Having few monthly goals gives me focus and clarity. "Where your focus goes, your energy flows."
Knowing where I want to go, makes me leave on the side the things that are not so relevant for me and focus on the 20% of the things that will bring me 80% of the results.
For this month I have set 5 goals: one related to sleep, one to my physical strength, one for learning and two professional.
So, what do you want to accomplish this month?
Small steps make great difference on the long run.

Poem: RESTLESS SOUL
Ohhh, restless soul, don't you know where your home is?
Did you lose your compass in the mud of your thoughts?
How did you end up in the city of death?
There, where you stumbled upon the rocks of your doubts,
Is no hope for you.
Run away, become a nomad, surrender yourself to the desert.
Behind the dust storms,
The oasis is waiting for you.
Your thirst will be washed away by the rains of your heart
That will flood your face,
When the ecstasy of your Soul
Will break the walls of your mind.
Surrender to your body,
The oracle of truth.
You may not know where to go,
But your body does.
Follow the path that takes your pain away,
Follow the path that gives you wings to fly to the highest mountain and star.
You were born to shine.
You were born to live,
So that the life that flows through your body,
Will give life to everything that is around you.
You were born to live surrounded by wild creatures.
Let your voice cry the song of the Earth.
Just follow,
Leave your place behind.
Take nothing, cause they are no longer yours.

Poem: SHIFT OF CONSCIOUSNESS
I went into the woods,
To find a to do list for 2021.
The wilderness trapped me,
And devoured my urban self.
What plans does a rock have?
What lists has a tree?
I returned home with nothing,
But a simple state of being.
I have become a being of nature.
A being of being.
