Connecting educational coordinators across Romania and Bulgaria for a 2-day induction program proved one essential truth: real school transformation happens when leaders facing similar challenges come together to share both their pains and their solutions.

Across two intensive days, our coordinators engaged in collaborative workshops, strategic briefings, dynamic flash talks, and candid debates focused on overall school development through Leadership for Learning. Beyond the structured brainstorming, moments like our team dinner and karaoke night reminded us that strong institutional growth relies on strong personal connections. 🎤✨

Professional learning is most useful when it connects with the questions teachers meet in their classrooms every day.

At ICHB Colentina, two complementary sessions created space to explore this connection: how active learning strategies can strengthen classroom practice, and how five thoughtful questions can help us look more closely at student motivation.

Together, these themes invited colleagues to move between practical approaches and deeper reflection — considering how students participate, what sustains their engagement and which small shifts may make their classroom experiences more purposeful.

Thank you to the ICHB – Colentina team for making time for shared thinking and professional conversation. Sessions like these remind us that valuable development begins with classroom realities and grows through the ideas teachers exchange with one another.

Three days, several groups and many different conversations about teaching and learning.

At Liceul Teoretic International de Informatica Bucuresti , our professional learning programme moved across a range of areas, reflecting the many priorities that shape everyday school life. Teachers had the opportunity to explore different questions, exchange experiences and connect new ideas with their own classrooms.

What brought the three days together was not a single topic, but a shared purpose: supporting the school in the areas it wants to strengthen.

For us, this is how a strong partnership grows—by listening first, working closely with the school and shaping each next step together.

Thank you to the entire ICHB Pallady community for the warm welcome, trust and energy throughout the programme. We are grateful to continue this journey together.

Good planning starts with knowing the students in front of us.

This idea shaped a full day of learning and conversation at Liceul Teoretic Spectrum-Ploiesti . Teachers reflected on how students’ needs, interests and strengths can guide planning, and how mentoring can encourage autonomy while still offering clear direction.

The day created space to step back from daily routines, exchange perspectives and look at learning through the students’ eyes.

For us, this is an important part of working closely with a school: listening to its teachers, understanding its context and creating opportunities for professional learning that feel useful and relevant.

Thank you to the Spectrum Ploiești community for the openness, curiosity and thoughtful conversations. We are glad to continue this journey together.

Good communication starts with something simple: choosing our words with care.

We were pleased to return to Școala Spectrum București-Colentina for another step in our ongoing collaboration. Together with the school’s teachers, we explored how the words we choose can shape understanding, strengthen relationships and influence everyday life at school.

We value these moments because they give us the chance not only to share ideas, but also to listen, understand the school’s needs and grow the partnership through real conversations.

Good partnerships start with listening and grow through working together.

We were pleased to continue our collaboration with Scoala Gimnaziala Spectrum Constanta during the school’s induction programme. As part of the programme, our colleague Sinan Koşak led two sessions on the PEC Model, bringing teachers together to reflect, exchange ideas and prepare for the learning journey ahead.

For us, this is what partnership looks like: staying close to the school’s needs, working alongside its team and building professional development one meaningful step at a time.

At EduZ, we believe meaningful school development begins with supporting the people who make learning possible every day: teachers.

Our work with ISB Primary reflected this commitment through three professional learning sessions shaped around the relationships, decisions, and conversations that influence school life.

Authentic Communication encouraged teachers to reflect on how openness, active listening, and thoughtful communication can build trust within the school community.

Incorporating Students’ Needs and Interests into Planning invited teachers to look beyond the lesson plan and consider the students behind it. Participants explored how students’ interests and experiences can make learning more relevant, inclusive, and responsive.

Effective Post-Observation Feedback focused on creating professional conversations that support reflection rather than judgment—helping teachers recognise strengths, explore possibilities, and identify meaningful next steps.
