I am truly honored and excited to announce RHD 2026, taking place in Bucharest, October 14–16, 2026.

The very first abdominal wall surgery conference of this series was organized together with my friend Mircea Lica in October 2017. This makes RHD 2026 a very special edition, celebrating the 10th anniversary of our conference.

To mark this milestone, we have prepared a special 3-day program, including one full day of live surgery, broadcast directly from three operating rooms.

Our faculty needs no introduction—world-renowned experts in abdominal wall surgery from all six continents will be joining us in Bucharest.

The scientific program is already finalized and will be published soon on the conference website.
