The quarterly meeting of the DesignThinkers Academy Eastern Europe brought many in-depth conversations about future plans, exciting projects, but also little kids 🍼 and summer holidays 🏖.

Some hot topics across the region these days are Design Thinking for and Design Thinking for 🧘‍♀️. Not last, a common conclusion we reached is that the quality of the has a high impact on the quality of the project's results.

And we are lucky to have strong research capabilities within the team, which leads to consistency in projects and happy customers at the end 🤩.

🎓✨ Congratulations to this fantastic group of people who successfully completed our course in Timisoara, this week! 🌟👏

Over the course of 2 days we embarked on an inspiring journey together, delving into the depths of , , and . Coming from diverse cities across the region (Timișoara, Belgrade, Budapest, Cluj-Napoca, Zalău and Arad), each participant brought a unique perspective and enthusiasm, contributing to the rich tapestry of insights that flourished throughout our sessions.

The training was delivered by our senior facilitators and co-founders of DesignThinkers Academy Eastern Europe, Adela Cristea and Lacramioara Loghin.

🌟Customer Journey Experience Bootcamp in Vienna! 🌟

We just completed the first phase of the Bootcamp in Vienna, alongside an exceptional cohort from Coca-Cola Hellenic.

Over three intensive days our colleagues Adela Cristea, Ana Jelicic and Vlad Icleanu had the privilege of guiding participants through an immersive journey packed with valuable and . Together, we delved deep into the realm of consumer-centricity, empowering our participants to adopt a new perspectives and craft experiences that resonate with their target audience while driving tangible business value.

It was truly to collaborate with such a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic group of professionals. Their eagerness to learn and adapt was obvious throughout the workshop, leaving us with the utmost confidence in their ability to achieve remarkable results in their respective projects.

Our first meeting in 2024 with the colleagues from the Eastern European hub of DesignThinkers Academy was full of energy. 🤩

We were happy to shared learnings form 2023 and make plans for 2024 together with our colleagues and partners from Romania, Serbia, Moldova, Hungary, Austria, Ukraine and Albania.

We will bring new topics and formats in our curricula this year and we plan to work closer across borders. Keep close to find out, soon, what we are planning for 2024!

Great experience at CX Forum! Marketing Insiders Group, the organizer of the event, walks the talk!

În această săptămână am atins un prag importantă într-un proiect foarte frumos, în care am investit energie și bucurie pe parcursul ultimelor luni, cel de a construi o comunitate de Facilitatori în Inovare pentru unul din clienții noștri importanți, Enel România.

În acest proiect, în care într-o primă etapă participanții s-au familiarizat cu diferite metodologii folosite în domeniul inovării, am finalizat acum următorul nivel, cel al dobândirii de abilități de facilitare a unor sesiuni de inovare.

Ne bucurăm așadar să-i felicităm pe cei 20 de absolvenți din cele 2 grupe ale cursului de “Facilitatori în Inovare” și să le urăm mult succes în proiectele lor viitoare!

A fost pentru noi o plăcere să îi cunoaștem și să parcurgem acest drum împreună și suntem foarte încrezători că proiectele lor vor produce schimbări profunde și benefice în organizația în care ei activează. Și așteptăm cu nerăbdare să vedem aceste rezultate în practică.

It’s been a very busy week for our colleagues in Eastern Europe, with physical workshops in Cluj, Bucharest, Belgrade, Iași, Piatra Neamț and Sfantu Gheorghe and many online sessions.

But we are happy to see more and more organisations embracing a more human centric mindset and aproach. And the best is yet to come 🤩

We keep spreading the Design Thinking mindset all across Eastern Europe. This week we are working in Serbia in one of our international projects.

Ce este Design Thinking? Cu siguranță nu este despre grafica 😊Design Thinking este cea mai eficientă metodologie utilizată pentru Innovation Design, Product Design, User Experience Design și - Employee Experience Design. Este o metodă de baza pentru orice tip de design de servicii sau produse, atunci când dorim sa creăm o experiență placută pentru clienți sau pentru utilizatori.

Aplicând metoda “learning-by-doing” și lucrând pe o provocare reală, veți avea șansă să învățați o metodă creativă de rezolvare a problemelor care vă va permite să înțelegeți mai bine nevoile clienților, să mapați corect experiența consumatorului, să definiți mai bine problemele acestora și să identificați cele mai bune soluții pentru a vă îmbunătăți serviciile.
