From Motănica’s trainer journal 🌱
At the end of August, I put on my trainer hat and stepped into the ✨️Creative Garden 🌿 - a space where a group of wonderful professionals came together with the desire to grow, rediscover or simply make more room for their creativity.
The process felt gentle and unhurried. We did not go searching for deep psychological dives, yet we still reached meaningful places - through play, theatre, movement, nature, curiosity and honest encounters. Sometimes depth does not need to feel heavy. Sometimes it appears quietly, when people feel safe enough to explore.
It was a joy to work with people who were open, generous and willing to experiment, and to witness their ideas and creative courage slowly taking root.
And then there were 🩷Roxana and Anastasia🩷 the two wonderful fairies who invited me into their garden to dream and create alongside them. 🧚♀️🧚♀️ I am deeply grateful for the trust, the laughter, the care and the feeling that we had found our little team of fairies.
And I know this is not the end of something beautiful — because we are already working on what comes next. 🌿✨
