Before organizing Montessori training programs for adult learners, my partner, Iulia Dumitrache, and I were Montessori educators and founders of our own private Montessori kindergartens.
We were both fully aware that this path would be far more demanding than we had initially imagined. And yet, we also found motivation, strength, and beauty in this deeply transformative process — a process required of anyone willing to truly embrace everything the Montessori approach brings into the world.
Working closely with many educators in our roles as founders and managers of private schools, we began to clearly see the challenges they were facing. This led us to reflect on solutions that could help educators integrate the Montessori approach more deeply and authentically into their work. Many were dedicated and passionate, yet often needed practical support, mentorship, and a kind of preparation that remained connected to the real needs and challenges of today’s classrooms and families.
We felt a strong responsibility to create training programs that address these realities — programs that offer not only solid academic knowledge, but also assess real understanding of Montessori theory and provide sufficient supervised practice, guidance, and ongoing support during the first year. Our goal was for new educators to never feel alone or overwhelmed by the depth of change Montessori education truly requires.
This vision naturally led us to collaborate with the American Montessori Society, whose standards, structure, and professional rigor resonate deeply with our own values. Together, we have developed programs that combine high international standards with the flexibility adult learners need — programs designed for people who work, who have families, and who are building their lives while preparing for a meaningful and impactful career.
Today, we offer training that is both practical and internationally recognized, shaped by real experience and guided by a deep commitment to the children and educators we serve.
Currently we are enrolling adult learners for the new Infant Toddler Credential Program which is led by the AMS trainer Michele Mohar (USA). For more information write an email at [email protected] or a whatsapp message at 0040-744696944.
