PART THREE - A highly anticipated event, the UADFASHION Gala. delighted us last weekend with the BA and MA graduates presentations held in an updated parking lot of the local Mall. Under the careful supervision of - head of the fashion department - the event not only managed to bring together the new generation of brilliant fashion designers, but also evoked a sustainability manifesto through the subversive juxtaposition of the space and it’s own meaning and purpose.

European Fashion Councils Form Fashion Alliance to Lobby on Sustainability Policy France’s Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode and Italy’s Camera Nazionale Della Moda are among the 25 members of the the European Fashion Alliance announced Tuesday and spearheaded by the Fashion Council Germany.
