The event was opened by the Romanian Secretary of Justice, Alin Lucian Antochi; the Ombudsman, Mircea Criste, the responsible of Meridians International, Luis Fábrica, and Catalin Claudiu Bejan, from the National Administration of Penitentiaries (NAP).
