“In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities. In the expert’s mind there are few.” —Shunryu Suzuki
Having a beginner’s mind means having no expectations about how things should be, about our performance, about what is hard or easy. Or at least it means holding those expectations very lightly, because, after all, we don’t know.
The beginner’s mind is humble, flexible, coachable. It doesn’t get frustrated so easily. It is available to try new things. It has no past - so it travels light.
Don’t be afraid to be a beginner and to learn new skills in your industry. Have fun learning!!💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🔝🔝🔝 , , , , ,
