🐭🏡 Creativity was in full swing in our EYFS classroom!

Our young learners had a wonderful time preparing their very own “Mouse House” as part of their learning journey. Through imaginative play, designing, building, and decorating, students developed their creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork while bringing their ideas to life.

Activities like these encourage children to think creatively, express themselves, and explore the world around them through hands-on learning.

🎲✨ Game Day Fun in Year 2! ✨🎲

Laughter, teamwork, and lots of excitement filled our classroom as Year 2 students enjoyed a fantastic Game Day! 🏆

Through interactive games and friendly challenges, our learners developed communication skills, critical thinking, and collaboration while having plenty of fun with their classmates. 🤝🌟

It was wonderful to see everyone engaged, supporting one another, and creating happy memories together. Well done, Year 2! 👏💙

🌳☀️ Year 1 had a wonderful day at the park, enjoying the fresh air, exploring nature, and having fun with friends! From exciting games to outdoor learning activities, it was a fantastic opportunity to build teamwork, curiosity, and happy memories together.

🔭🐦 Our EYFS Reception and Preschool students became young birdwatchers this week!

After creating their very own binoculars, the children headed to the park to observe and track different birds in their natural environment. The excitement on their faces as they spotted birds, listened to their sounds, and explored the outdoors was truly wonderful to see.

What an amazing experience! The students enjoyed this activity far more than we could have imagined, showing great curiosity, enthusiasm, and observation skills throughout the adventure. 😊

🎨🐘☀️ Creativity and discovery came together in our Early Years classrooms at MISB!

Our Preschool and Reception students explored the fascinating world of shadows by using toy animals to create and trace shadow outlines. They then brought their artwork to life by painting with homemade chalk paint, adding color, texture, and imagination to their creations.

This engaging activity helped develop observation skills, creativity, and fine motor coordination while encouraging curiosity through hands-on learning.
