✔️Friday, 18th September
7:00 - 9:00 Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style
This is the most traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga practice. This type of class integrates all levels of practitioners in one class. From the beginner to the most advanced practitioner, everyone will be able to do their practice, and they will be followed up according to their needs. The teacher accompanies each student individually, indicating sequences of postures to perform (series). During this process, the teacher provides the student with detailed and personalized instruction, posture by posture.
18:00 - 20:00 Stronger Together workshop
Partner exercises to create greater mobility and fun! The practice of Yoga is a solitary journey. It’s a practice of self discovery and self exploration. Sometimes we can become a bit introverted or too serious. This class is designed to work together, help and encourage each other to get stronger and more open to new experiences.
We will work on inversions and backbends together!

8:30 - 10:30 Ashtanga Yoga Mysore style (see info above)
13:00 - 15:00 Workshop - ”Take a flight”
This class will prepare our body for the first arm balance of the primary series. Bhujapidasana and its transition Bakasana. I will share technical details to create support from the shoulders and core so we can be on our hands with confidence and have fun at the same time. Ultimately accessing your own inner strength. Expect lots of core and strengthening drills!

8:30 - 10:30 Ashtanga Yoga Led class is a guided class in which the teacher leads students through the full sequence of Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary Series, guiding everyone to move and breathe in sync.
Some prior Ashtanga Yoga experience required.
13:00 - 15:00 Workshop - Yoga Therapy, Pranayama and Relaxations Techniques
Learn new techniques to help you to relax. After a strong and demanding practice we will soften, stretch and release tension, using body movements and breathing exercises to calm down the nervous system, bringing a sense of deep peace and relaxation in the mind.
