Temp Romania -Turkey Phereclos

Great meeting between the Romanian TEMP partners - Facultatea de Geografie, Universitatea din București and Liceul Tehnologic Sf. Antim Ivireanu, with the support of Universitatea Copiilor, an open science workshop for school children on the geographical topic of rivers' dynamics! The children ware very enthusiastic and they are looking forward for the next Open Schooling activity. They celebrated also the birth of the famous Romanian writer Mihai Eminescu by searching for hydrologic elements, learnt within the workshop, in his poems.

Great workshop : The evaluation of the biodiversity in the "St.Antim Ivireanu" Highschool's Campus (Liceul Tehnologic Sf. Antim Ivireanu ) within a wonderfull collaboration beteen the : Temp Phereclos România-Spania & Romania -Turkey Phereclos, with the help of experts from Facultatea de Geografie, Universitatea din București , Facultatea De Horticultura Bucuresti and Universitatea Copiilor. Professors, teachers , young students, volunteers and members from the local community have worked together to establish the best way to identify the species of trees and birds living in the Highschool's Campus and to share the information with the community...wonderful ideas are about to be implemented ... stay tuned !

The Virtual Amphitheater, organized by the University of Bucharest Faculty of Geography for pre-university students, has reached its second edition! Great lessons learned from the TEMP!

THE 2nd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE: GEOGRAPHICAL SCIENCES AND FUTURE OF EARTH - a privilege and a wonderful opportunity to talk about "Transdisciplinary approaches in Open School type programs with a focus on geography in local communities from Bucharest (RO) and Giresun (TR)" and "Local Education Clusters - Models of STEAM Commitment within Open Schooling Approaches", great results from within the PROJECT -Transnational Educational Mentoring Parnterships ( ) and the Local Education Clusters .
