It's been a long time, but here we are: what types of distortion exist? How do I categorize distortions?

For mega-nerds out there, you'll all know that I don't follow CVT terminology and I use different language around distortions. I could make a whole separate video on this issue alone and why I made the choices I made, but for now, here's a video on how I organize things in my mind.

Thoughts never stop floating around. Today we're looking at growling as a therapeutic or stress-relieving technique. I feel like there are small bubbles and microcosms on the internet and in real life that don't get addressed... The "random task for therapeutic reasons" is a wild west of interesting claims.
