For quite a long time now, I’ve contemplated creating a workshop dedicated to the feminine, but I never brought it to life—perhaps because it didn’t feel like it truly responded to a deep, authentic need. Today, I no longer feel that what’s missing is yet another femininity workshop. Everywhere you look, there’s a new “divine feminine,” “embodied feminine,” or “goddess” gathering.
Even men are hosting them—and it’s amusing when they start talking about menopause symptoms 😄
But the real question is: who’s addressing the divine masculine and the widening gap between masculine and feminine energies? Who speaks to men? Who helps them reconnect with their true nature, with their own wounds and needs?
How do we bring women and men back into harmony, into the yin-yang dynamic that celebrates difference as complementarity?
In Romania, the divide between the sexes is so deep that violence against women is often viewed as an expression of masculinity. We’re even discussing the need for a distinct criminal offense specifically for violence against women.
In this context, should the focus still be on teaching women how to be “more attractive,” “more devoted,” how to “make him crave you”? Doesn’t this narrative subtly suggest that the problem lies only with women?
Maybe it’s time to shift the conversation.
To recognize the interdependence of masculine and feminine.
To ask how we can integrate the strengths of both in service of wholeness.
To rediscover what makes us different—and deeply complementary.
If this speaks to you, stay tuned for Yin Yang Harmony—an upcoming event devoted to bringing together women and men, masculine and feminine, Shiva and Shakti.
This summer let’s fill the gap with eros and pathos. Together. 💞
