Pinocchio - English Kindergarten and After School Brasov Meniul gradinitei este diversificat si echilibrat intocmit cu acordul medicului nutritionist si respectandu-se toate normele igienico-sanitare in vigoare.

Incepand cu anul 2004, Centrul Educational Pinocchio Brasov functioneaza ca after school si gradinita cu predare in limba engleza intensiv, cu program normal si prelungit. Pinocchio ii asteapta pe cei mici de Luni pana Vineri, incepand de la ora 08.00 pana la ora 13.00, pentru varianta de program scurt si de la ora 08.00 pana la ora 17.00 pentru varianta de program prelungit, cu posibilitatea orelor suplimentare d**a program la cererea parintilor. In timpul zilei copiii beneficiaza de trei mese: mic dejun la ora 09.30, pranz la ora 13.00 si o gustare d**a ora de somn la ora 16.00, toate acestea in regim catering. Activitatile educative se desfasoara toate in limba engleza si cuprind activitati de educare a limbajului, activitati matematice, cunoasterea mediului, educatie pentru societate, activitati practice, educatie muzicala, educatie plastica, educatie fizica. Deasemenea, consideram faptul ca activitatile extracurriculare reprezinta modalitatea optima de realizare a educatiei non-formale. Gradinita Pinocchio, prin proiectele educationale initiate de catre cadrele didactice in parteneriat cu alte unitati de invatamant precum Palatul Copiilor, Facultatea de Muzica sau Facultatea de Silvicultura , au participat la diverse evenimente, precum concerte simfonice, vizite la expozitii, largindu-si atfel orizontul cultural, completand cu notiuni noi volumul de cunostinte insusite la activitati. Copiii participa la spectacole de teatru de papusi si de opereta, concerte simfonice educative, vizite la: Biblioteca Judeteana, Radio si televiziunea locala, manastiri si alte obiective culturale din Brasov si imprejurimi: Prima Scoala Romaneasca, Cetatea Rasnovului, Castelul Bran, Muzeul Satului etc., spectacole de iluzionism , circ sau cinema, precum si pregatirea de catre ei insisi a unor serbari sau petreceri cu diferite ocazii, concursurile si expozitiile din cadrul gradinitei. Grupele sunt formate din 10 copii pe nivel de varsta (grupa mica 3 – 4 ani, grupa mijlocie 4 – 5 ani, grupa mare 5 – 6 ani).

The Goldilocks Effect means people often learn and stay interested best when something is not too easy and not too hard, but JUST RIGHT.

It comes from the story of Goldilocks, where she liked the one that was “just right.” In psychology and education, this idea means people usually avoid tasks that are too simple because they feel boring. They also avoid tasks that are too difficult because they feel stressful or frustrating. But when a task gives the right amount of challenge, people are more likely to pay attention, stay motivated, and keep going.

In school, this happens when a lesson matches the student’s level. If the activity is too easy, the student may lose interest. If it is too hard, the student may give up or feel anxious. But if it is challenging in a manageable way, the student is more likely to learn well and feel proud of progress. That is why good teaching often means giving tasks that stretch students a little, but not so much that they shut down.

A simple way to think about it is this:
Too easy = bored. Too hard = overwhelmed. Just right = engaged.

How many students are called “lazy” when the real problem is that the lesson feels either too easy or too hard for them?
