It contains 14 interdependent functional sections, which are capable to support and guide young people from the region, helping them to identify and define their own identity, as well as setting the social and vocational path, for their future. The main purpose is to raise the integration degree in society and in the job market.
3. Developing a center (even an incubation center) for strengthening the research, technological development and innovation among youth. Also for capitalizing the results, participation at local, regional, national and international exhibitions and fairs and for concluding partnerships with companies and institutions.
4. Put into action a Design center with a variety of themes, to improve artworks and play a part at exhibitions and fairs and also for concluding partnerships with companies and institutions.
5. Establishing an exhibition space to promote and support art and artists.
6. Developing the “Next generation” project and its adjustment to European Union’s new requirements – Innovation and Intelligent Cities.
7. Achieving an ethical observer which will signal the deviations from citizen ethics, non- civic behavior ( ex. Parking in forbidden places, blocking entrances and similar facts) and also abuse and lack professionalism. The target is to implement a socializing site where you can post and discuss the respective referrals. We aim to encourage youth not also to speak out and be heard but also to be involved in social life (their community). This ethical observer could also identify the need of an awareness campaign or special educational programs for citizens (which could become finance able projects). Those could improve or change citizens’ mentality.
8. Launch a Culture Center which will offer a variety of cultural and educational activities for pupils and teenagers as an alternative for clubs and bars.
