Don't miss out this double decker event organized by the Qatar Natural History Group. Our very own Dr. Aspa is the Talks Coordinator for the group. This Wednesday at 7pm on ZOOM, she is hosting two excellent speakers: Giulia Pinna, who will share her experience and reflections on attending the COP26 in Glasgow, and Dr. Alex Amato, who will take us through his career's journey from pure architecture to biotecture, a discipline that incorporates ecological/regenerative based design. A most essential element in the fight against the climate crisis!

We are super excited for this event and we hope to see you there and then!!

Nature is everywhere -- we just need to learn to see it 15/04/2021

Our message mirrors Emma Marris' thesis: let our kids get dirty in nature. We always say: the dirtier you get the more fun you have had.
Also Nature is all around us and we are a part of her. You dont need to go to one of our adventures to experience it. Stop and look outside your window or walk through a city park. What do you see? A tree? The sea? Do you hear birds? What are they saying? Do you see a bee? How did she get there? What does she eat? Be curious and open your eyes and senses to the beauty that surrounds us. There is nothing more fulfilling than this.

Nature is everywhere -- we just need to learn to see it How do you define "nature?" If we define it as that which is untouched by humans, then we won't have any left, says environmental writer Emma Marris. She urges us to consider a new definition of nature -- one that includes not only pristine wilderness but also the untended patches of plants growing....
