It is located in Um Salal Mohammed, ten minutes from Landmark Mall. The School will open in September 2016 for children aged 3 to 6, with the full primary school opening in 2017.

Join us in celebrating an incredible achievement by our very own star athlete, Yousef Elrayes, who won the Gold Medal in Judo at the prestigious School Olympic Program 2025–2026 finals!

This year, around 25,000 students from 265 schools across Qatar competed in the program, with only a select few earning gold medals. A huge congratulations to Yousef for this outstanding accomplishment and for representing Royal Grammar School Guildford Qatar with pride and excellence!

Falling in love with reading — again and again! This week, our entire school community came together to celebrate the joy of reading during our World Book Week celebrations. From book fairs and book swaps, to Extreme Reading challenges and bringing beloved book characters to life, the week was filled with creativity and a shared love for reading. Our week culminated in a fantastic whole-school dress-up day, with students and staff across both Primary and Secondary joining in the fun. What a beautiful reminder that books have the power to inspire us and make us fall in love with reading again and again!

Our brilliant students took part in the International Kangaroo Mathematics Competition (IKMC), a global, school-based competition designed to foster problem-solving skills and a love for mathematics. This year’s competition brought together participants from over 120 countries globally. We are incredibly proud of our students for representing RGS in IKMC!
