Roots General Manager Ms Carolyn Collins is an avid supporter of staff continual professional development. There was no hesitation in allocating time and resources for Ms Joy to prepare for the exciting opportunity to apply.

Ms Beverley Crowther CIDESCO International examiner and education committee member has been out talking to professional SPAs and salons guiding them with preparing their video applications for the CIDESCO International Global Awards. Ms Eng.Reham Moussa, Director SPA & New Projects @ Luxury SPA Fitness Qatar said at the meeting; it’s a great initiative for the therapists motivation, recognition of their professional skills and CV. Ms Eng.Reham has encouraged and will support several of their expert therapists to participate. Thai pro massage therapist, Ms Kinittha performed a - Healing massage combination of thai massage (using thumb & elbow ) + deep tissue massage focusing on the points of pain to create sense of balance & complete body healing.

The SPA treatment areas are exquisitely beautiful with a touch of the orient shining through especially in the candle lit therapy rooms.
