Training completion is not learning.
And learning does not automatically translate into performance
The real journey looks like this:
Training โ Learning โ Behaviour Change โ Performance
Most organizations stop measuring at step one.
The right question was never "Did they enjoy the training?"
It's: "What changed after it?"
Because training that doesn't change behaviour hasn't actually worked โ it's just been delivered.
The real value of L&D isn't in the room. It's in what people do differently once they're back at their desk.
