𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘆 is looking for a proactive and experienced 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to lead our daily operations and ensure a safe, nurturing, and well-organized environment for our children, parents, and staff.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Oversee front desk and administrative functions
• Ensure smooth coordination between staff and parents
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children at all times
• Support overall nursery operations and daily activities
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Preferably with proven experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Strong sense of responsibility towards child safety and care
